Grotto pizza is a traditional staple of Rehoboth Beach! Known for the spiral of sauce, and many locations throughout the boardwalk and beach area, it’s definitely worth a stop! The wings weren’t very special but the pizza was exactly how I remembered it from several years ago. Staff are friendly and service was fast-even on a Friday night! The pizza was best when it was hot and I’d be remiss if I didn’t write about the Cesar salad dressing (it’s excellent)! Family friendly place for solid pizza!

overall the food was average, the service was subpar considering it being on the boardwalk. However the main issue was the truffle fries I purchased. They were not what I expected there was barely any fries or cheese on top of it for it to be 10 dollars

Poor service. Order was incorrect and we never received our garlic bread. We had chopped antipasto and had stems from the peppers in our salad . The manager explained that the peppers are put on top of the salad because people like to pick them up by the stem and eat them. She has no clue how the food is prepared. This is a chopped salad and the peppers are not put on top they are chopped. I sympathize with the waitress. If management is clueless the staff has no chance. This place makes enough money to actually pick up a paint brush or repair the torn booth we sat in also.

Amazing pizza!!! We love the taste!!
Lots of veggie options!! We will definitely be back for more!!
The traditional pizza was super tasty, we did three additional toppings of jalapenos, onions and marinated spinach.
Absolutely worth it when you are visiting the Delaware/NJ shore line.
Go for it!!

Upon arrival there was NO wait time for my party of 7. The manager (blonde hair with right ankle tat) was very hospitable. She got us started with drinks right away. Most managers BARELY help when a restaurant is busy. Our server (didn’t get her name, but sweet, soft-spoken with a Russian accent) was very patient and attentive.
The food?!! *chef’s kiss* My caesar salad was DELISH!!! The wings and French onion soup were great. The PIZZA?! I got The Baker’s Choice and I was able to sub mushrooms for olives. My family got half Traditional and half Meat Lovers. When I say this was worth EVERY penny….The freshness of the ingredients, cheese pull was pulling…The CRUST?!! The crust was WELL DONE, CRISPY. Just like I LOVE it!!!
The next time I’m in Delaware, the only pizza I will have will be Grotto Pizza on the boardwalk.

Ordered takeout. 3 pizzas that were fantastic, the white we added broccoli was the BOMB! Wings large meaty! Loved the crust on all three pizzas. Best pizza I’ve had in quite some time. Large order for 12 people and delivered in 30 min. Highly recommend

Flies are the only thing that kill this place, better off just keeping the doors closed, somewhat slow service . Hands down favorite pizza anywhere. Extremely consistent, sweeter sauce. Friendly staff. Waiter wasn’t having the best day but did not let that interfere with giving us timely/good service

Conveniently located on the boardwalk, this establishment provides both dine-in and take-out choices. Our order included a whole pie and individual slices; interestingly, the pie exhibited a fresher taste compared to the single slices. Additionally, we sampled the barbecue wings, overall the food tasted decent.

Great pizza and antipasto! We went on a March Saturday afternoon. Great seats, right on the boardwalk. We had a mushroom, ham and onion pizza and Grotto’s signature antipasto. Both were fresh and delicious. Convenient location, just steps away from the sand. Definitely lives up to the hype!
