Thank you Emily for your excellent service. I went there during lunchtime and she was able to take our order fast especially during a peak time of the day that I went there. I saw the way she handled with one rude and impatient customer with calm and politeness. I’m glad they hire someone like her to do the job there.

Used to love this location, but the last two times I’ve gotten food here it was awful. About a month ago I got a burger and the order was read back correctly but made wrong, the burger was sad soggy and gross. And the breakfast burrito had like a 1/4tsp of cheese (put it this way I had to use my own cheese because there was so little, one half literally had none) and the burrito overall was VERY small, not at all worth the price tag. Clearly there’s a new cook, but the quality is not up to par. Will not be coming nearly as much and I only come 1-2 times ever couple months as is.. For the increased cost, you have to have a better cook. Until recently this was a 5 star Nations location, but I feel generous giving 2 stars given the quality I’ve been getting, if I’m honest. Hope to see it change, the cook trained, or replaced. I will however continue to get pies here. That’s one thing that hasn’t changed in quality. So if you want pie, I recommend pumpkin, pecan, chocolate mousse. But the food needs to improve.

Food is always really good, well made and fast. Staff is equally professional and courteous, I’ve never had an issue even with complex orders. The only issue I’ve ever encountered with nations was with the app, but that has nothing to do with this location. Can’t recommend stopping off here for any meal enough.

I wanted to take a moment to share what a great experience I had at Nations in Livermore. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was outstanding. I especially want to mention Crystal—she was friendly, attentive, and her beautiful smile made the visit even more enjoyable.
