The staff are genuinely some of the kindest and most accommodating people I’ve ever met.
I ordered a large pizza, and only afterward realized that the sausage topping contained pork, which I don’t eat. Even though it was completely my oversight, the staff went above and beyond and happily replaced the pizza with a fresh one.
The pizza itself? Absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients, perfect crust, and bursting with flavor.
It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service are top-notch.
Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great pizza and outstanding customer care.
I’ll definitely be coming back!
After several attempts to get the staff’s attention, we were told through a partially opened door that you were having a meeting and would not open for another half hour. When I asked if we could wait inside, the bartender checked with the manager and returned to say we could not. This left us standing outside in uncomfortable conditions.
I understand that meetings are sometimes necessary, but I believe it’s important to communicate clearly with your customers. If your hours change or you need to delay opening, a simple sign on the door would prevent confusion and frustration. Ignoring customers at the door, especially in cold weather, creates a negative impression and risks losing loyal patrons.
We left with a decision to either go to The New “Hop Yard Ale Works” that just opened on Main Street in Menomonee Falls, or to “Peppino’s Ristorante” a well-established place to enjoy a Pizza. A couple of places we should have gone to in the first place. Next time we will.
Thank you. Laurie
The hot mess in the bowl tho is apparently lasagna. That was the biggest disappointment. Noodles were soggy & wet, over filled with tomato sauce.
Overall, this place has good pizza and that’s all that matters. Lol
