Their food here has such a delicous flavor to them! I got the breakfast burger at 5am since its open 24 hours and it tastes warm and amazing!
I most likely will come again to get diffrent stuff on the menu to update my review but all in all i highly recommended the food here!

I ordered 2 Western cheeseburgers and a spicy western combo. I called in letting them know I did not get the spicy western. She said she bring one western in as proof it had no jalapenos. What I’m not going back because they can’t get a simple order correct. She should be able to verify with her cooks or the receipt. Anyhow

Wow what an abysmal drive thru experience. Had a mobile order thinking I could grab something very quick since it was early in the day. Only one car waiting at the window so it shouldn’t take too long. Instead I ended up waiting almost 15 minutes before the car in front finally got their food. I don’t understand why it took so long or why they didn’t do what other locations do and request the car to park up front. When they did finally get served and I got to the front, I didn’t receive an apology for the extensive wait or even a greeting at all. They simply asked if I wanted any sauce then handed me my bag. And to top it all off, it seems they must have had my order ready the entire time because the food was cold when I finally was able to eat. I understand unforseen things can happen but there has to be a better method than whatever is being done here. And the lack of an apology is inexcusable, I would have at least been more forgiving if they apologized and I likely wouldn’t even be posting this review. At least the flavor of the food was good, just wish it wasn’t cold.

This place has come in clutch for my son and i, a few times in the recent weeks. .my service dog had her last bike thru dinner date there on the 20th of October. The lady we always se to get at 11pm -2 am is just a nice person. The first ti.e we had gone there was the day we moved into our apartment…gassed we headed down rhe road hoping to grab something after a long day of moving….t
…the Lobby was closed but my son and I put on a skit like we were driving a car..well when we pulled out the drive thru we were in better spirits and trying not to burn our tongues from shoveling in fresh made Homestyles that the dowm homitta whipped out for us to enjoy. Side note my Pup never growled or barked at her or the other girls there..and she was a possessive little Primenta Fantasmia!
This is why we only go to Carl’s to get a burger!

I normally enjoy coming to this restaurant, however on my last visit the music was way too loud and then another customer decided to have a phone call without using headphones and he was talking so loud that I couldn’t hear what I was trying to listen to on my headphones. I asked several employees to say something to him but they wouldn’t so I finally picked up my food and took it outside to eat it. I don’t appreciate them not being willing say something. I would have but I don’t speak Spanish.

Carl’s Jr when they came out with there hand breaded chicken sandwiches they were thick and Juicy not dry withered and burned. I spent almost $50 on hand breaded maybe twice fried less then chicken patties. Maybe it’s this location even hand breaded tenders were pieces cut in half like nuggets. We will be going back to Wendy’s and Popeyes better quality it’s a shame. I am 95% sure chicken was not cooked then just pre cooks hope health department catched them.

Got the new hand breaded chicken sandwich. Came with pickles and mayo. Got my order quick. The sandwich remind me of chik fila…very good. A bit pricey at $7.60 with tax just for the sandwich. I believe chik fila is at least a dollar and some change cheaper.. would have given 5 stars if the price was better

I swear no matter the time or the day it’s a 30min wait as if it’s only one person working here and the food is never worth it . I dread coming here everytime .

Good burgers. But their staff/customer service is not the best. The drive thru is pretty busy around 10:00 pm. But dining is closed at 11 pm
