I live in Georgia, but I DoorDashed food for someone in Seagrove, NC, and at the last minute I was so worried I had messed something up and sent the order to the wrong store. When I checked the app and saw the Asheboro Hardee’s had accepted it, I called just to make sure everything was okay.
Emily answered the phone, and from the very first moment she was kind, patient, and reassuring. She explained that the order hadn’t fully gone through yet and suggested I call back in 10–15 minutes. Then — completely unprompted — she said, “I can call you when it goes through if you’d like.” And she DID.
Not only did Emily call me when the order went through, she went one step further and called again just to confirm that the order was received correctly and that everything was good. That level of care is so rare these days, and it meant more to me than she probably knows.
Emily went so far above and beyond her job, and she absolutely made my day. In a world where great customer service is hard to find, Emily is a true gem. Asheboro Hardee’s is incredibly lucky to have her. Thank you, Emily, for your kindness, your professionalism, and for genuinely caring. You are amazing.

1st off. When i pulled up the automatic talking recording started and it says to start ordering when your ready. I didnt hear an actual person yet.. so i waited. Then i asked to get a frisco combo… nothing… so i waited… and waited some more. Finnallyy someone talk. I seriously feel like they were waiting for me to drive off. Anyway, I order the same thing from hardees everytime. I loove the frisco burger. But how i order it must be mind blowing cause every single time i go to this hardees, they get my burger wrong. It comes with white cheese, mayo, tomato and bacon. I ask for no tomato and add american cheese (cause i like both) and every time i come here they always mess up the burger. Today, they gave me 3 tomato’s, didnt put the white cheese on it, and my bacon was a chewy nasty texture. This is the last time im buying from this hardees. Ive given more than enough trys (thinking ya know, once or twice, maybe it was an accident) nope. Every time. Randleman hardees is better. But i also paid $20 for 2 combos and my order was wrong. Im just disappointed cause i love the frisco and their fries and the people who work their are usually really nice. o well. Mcdonalds it is.

Went through the drive thru line, waited at the speaker, waited at the window, kid gave us the wrong drink, had to hand that back, asked for sauce at the speaker, had to walk in to get the sauce because it wasn’t in the bag. I get ready to eat my my fries are cold and pale, like they were fried for to little time, I bite into my mushroom and Swiss and it’s pink and still cold. This is the worst Hardee’s experience I’ve ever had.

I come to his Hardee’s all the time. The staff make you feel like family. I am never disappointed with the quality of the food. Always hot and fresh. Atmosphere is clean and very inviting. Great job Asheboro!!!

Stopped here a few weeks ago and it was great. Polite, courteous service, good food, VERY PLEASANT. TODAY??? It’s like the teen body snatchers took over the place! The whole bunch laughing, vulgar, leaning on the STORE side of the counter…NOT friendly (you know; I interrupted their time). They even ordered McDonalds from DoorDash while I was eating. REALLY??!
This store REALLY needs an upper management visit!!!

I went through the drive thru and ordered the $5.99 bag with hot ham and cheese, and a spicy chicken sandwich. They said they were out of the spicy chicken so I ordered the roast beef. After I got to the window and paid, I was told they were out of roast beef, so I ordered the double burger. I parked to eat and the burger was barely warm with a hard bun. After a few bites, I decided to eat my hot ham and cheese, but when I opened it, it was a ham biscuit. This was at 12:28 pm so breakfast had been over for a while. I walked back in to exchange the biscuit for a sandwich. They acted annoyed that I brought the biscuit back. The only good thing was, they made the ham and cheese while I stood there, so it was hot.

Mad props to the morning cook he’s amazing and he makes sure every meal is ready pretty quickly. The cashiers are friendly for the most part aside from one employee. My food is always hot and fresh and I really enjoy the chicken tenders and honey mustard sauce. My only complaint is that one employee seems to always have an attitude and most of the Employees don’t want to work with her.
Not a review but a menu suggestion that would work for breakfast lunch or dinner. I think Hardee’s needs to have a chicken tender biscuit for breakfast and a chicken tender sandwich for lunch and dinner
