The chili cheese baked potato with extra cheese was fresh, hot, and really good. Everything tasted spot on. Danielle was great — very respectful, friendly, and made the visit pleasant. Quick service and a clean location. Definitely recommend.

My French fries tasted old. I a sk them if they could give me fresh. They cooked fresh one for me. They were delicious. I started to go up and see if they were ready. The employer told me he would bring them to my table. He was very polite and nice.it was a big change from when I’d go thru the drive thru. Slot of times the people had attitudes. The food wasn’t fresh or warm enough. I stopped going to this Wendy’s and only got Wendy’s at the one on Hamilton rd New Albany when I went to the Dr,’s. I ordered through the Wendy’s app (1/31) but when I got to the restaurant they claimed to not have the order. I showed them they order but the said they didn’t receive it. They were busy and I didn’t have time to wait as my kids had an event to attend. Eventually I went to a different location. Wendy’s however charged me for both orders and although I have called and visited this restaurant and have texted Wendy’s corporate, I still haven’t receive a refund and it has been well over a month. They say it was “escalated” but still no refund.

Don’t even think about coming at opening. It’s never opened m; they’ll have you wait in drive thru for 15 minutes then have an excuse why they are not ready at 6am. This is the 4th time in a row. Unacceptable.

I ordered a simple single. Cheese lettuce onion and pickle, asked if i wanted to donate a dollar to something, i would get coupons for frosty, i agreed, pick up my food, get back to work, wrong sandwich, strike 1, its cold strike 2, no freaking coupons, strike 3, done with this restaurant. If you cant get a simple order like that right you suck as a business, and these geniuses are the ones you wanna pay 20.00 an hour?? Laughable. They could care less. Its a paycheck, nothing more. Hire better employees

Let’s see. Taco salad includes lettuce. I checked bags for sandwich but didn’t realize they had not given me the lettuce. And I did not drive away immediately.

Ordered two fish sandwiches with no cheese and a large hot and crispy fries. Got home to find I’d been given two cheeseburgers. Drove back to store. They were apologetic and replaced total order. Left first order with them. Then found new, corrected order was a piece of fish with some tartar sauce, no lettuce or Pickles as was on same sandwiches when I ordered them yesterday.

Ordered a salad and realized after I started eating that half the lettuce was moldy. Hoping others don’t get sick from the food that has been going out or realized the mold before eating it like I did. I tried calling The Wendy’s hotline but it just leaves you on a dead end line with music.
