Took our 10 year old grandson today for his birthday. He loves the Turkey and cheese. Granna loves the Hook and Ladder. Poppy got the Pepperoni Meatball and liked it. We were greeted upon entry. They took our order quickly & it was correct any yummy. The dining room was clean. Very satisfied. Note the store was foggy inside. May need to check the vent out system. All the windows were wet and fogged up. Not sure what’s going on but maybe some sort of issues…just fyi. However, we definitely recommend and would return again. Firehouse is a fave!

We went there to get some “Hook and Ladder Subs” on the way home from my doctor’s appointment. I liked that I could customize my sub because I don’t like veggies with my sub. It didn’t have any problems! Great job! It was pretty busy, but our orders were correct! That’s very important, too!

Called an hour in advance to let them know I had 14 people coming in. They got our orders and sandwiches out in no time.
Tables and restrooms needed to be cleaned some but you can tell they were in the middle of lunch rush.
We got in and out in 25-30mins.

People are friendly. The food is good. Do not recommend potato soup it is just bland. All the subs are delicious and you will be satisfied. Also donate $3 and get a bucket.

Consistently puts way too much mayonnaise on their sandwiches (a sickening amount), paid for 1 dollar of gravy and got two tablespoons of it, got a meatball sub that had a completely burned (pitch black throughout on cutting it) meatball in it – and it was clear they knew because they cut around it knowing it was not able to be cut. Also most times I order the sub is soggy and gross.
Given the length of time this has been happening, its clearly a management issue. Managers don’t want to do their job anymore.

Was there last night. The young man who made my sandwich had hair down the front of his face past his nose. No hair net on just a baseball cap. I couldn’t even eat it when I got home. Isn’t that pretty much against health regulation???

They have outstanding food here. Great quality meats and fresh bread. The staff is always very welcoming and kind. I would definitely recommend this to grab lunch or something to take home to snack on while watching a movie.

This is the best Firehouse I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to A LOT). I really enjoyed when Jack took my order, and Brie made a BUSSING sandwich. Vibes are so good we decided to eat there instead of taking our food to go. That was some great hospitality.
