It was 830 am kind of blown away only 2 cars here but service was quick, efficient, smooth, and we were in and out in 6 mins. We had two sandwiches for breakfast and 2 drinks. While the chocolate milkshake was superb, the frozen coffee smoothie was just not good. Dont recommend for 470 calories it is ice cream mixed with frozen coffee so you get creamy with gritty coffee icee not my thing flavor was dull and it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Chicken and biscuit and bacon egg and cheese biscuit just okay both biscuits bottoms were hard as a rock we ate the insides and threw away the breads. Seems they sat too long on a warmer bin. Total was 23.73 for 4 things, quality and value did not coincide. Unfortunately because normally the Chik is very good, fresh, not old and hard and the coffee drink was my fault,.I ordered it after asking what was in it. We were here exact same time week before but only car and food was all fresh and not stale or hard at all

First time at this location. Noted training of new staff. Food was delicious as expected. Some staff were customer focused, while others were more distracted. Near a school, unfortunately I was stuck at Carline dismissal. Need better signage in parking lot.

Last night I ordered a sweet tea a lemonade and a small milkshake we get our drinks they forget the milkshake no problem. On the way home realized they gave us 2 cokes. When I reach in the bag the whole box breaks and my sandwich falls in the bag. It was not pleasure eating here last night.

As a long-time Chick-fil-A loyal customer, I can honestly say this location has fallen further than almost any other in the chain — I even sometimes question whether it’s truly a Chick-fil-A. It does not reflect the brand’s usual standards at all.
First, the portions are pathetic. The chicken nuggets are tiny, dry, and shockingly few — one box barely takes a single bite to finish. Absolutely unacceptable.
Second, their Monday promotion — buy an entrée, get a free kids meal — is executed in the stingiest way possible. Initially it was 4–6 pm, which is inconvenient for dinner, and the counter is painfully slow, often with only one person taking orders. Later they extended it to 7 pm, but when we asked for milk with the free kids meal, staff told us milk wasn’t allowed. This is infuriating — if you’re going to run a promotion, do it generously and clearly. Doing it in a half-hearted, stingy way is worse than not running it at all.
Third, service is consistently slow and inaccurate. Every order I’ve placed here has had mistakes or missing items — for example, kids meals arriving without the included apple, my salad missing dressing and nuts, and one time they even missed an entire burger. The counter is almost always understaffed. This is basic professionalism, and this location fails miserably.

They need to update their holiday hours on Google ahead of time. We were there at 10am on New Year’s Day 2026 when google said the drive through was open, but NOPE – Neither the restaurant nor the drive through were open. On another note, this location doesn’t even properly fill up the waffle fries based on their respective sizes. The prices keep going up, and the portions are shrinking…shrinkflation at its finest Chick Fil A – let’s get it together, I never thought we would be giving you a 1-Star review!!!

I work about 10 minutes from this location and get lunch there at least 2-3 times a week, and I just wanted to shoutout a worker in the thru-line. Erol sees my car and knows exactly what I want and knows my name, making me feel known and the experience is personable.
I get the same thing everytime, and Erol has my order ready when I pull up in the drive through, making the process quick and easy as a drive through should be, and my order is never wrong.

After returning my chicken breakfast bowl this morning (they put cheese and hashbrowns in it when I asked them not to), they gave me this as a replacement. Really? I get it people are human and make mistakes but the lady said she checked the bowl to make sure it was correct. So you checked it and thought this was ok???

I got an original chicken sandwich and then found it had almost no breading on it. Went back and got a replacement, which they happily gave me, but the replacement sandwich looked exactly the same. It wasn’t crunchy at all and was just sad.

Hmmm! Lately, this location has been a hit or miss with their overall food & service. I ordered a southwest salad with avocado dressing, a small fry, and a cherry berry lemonade. The fries tasted like old oil and were hard (obviously the fries were old). I received granola and a salsa dressing instead of an appropriate salad topping and the requested dressing (avocado ranch). After spending around $17.00, only the cherry berry lemonade brought joy to my chick fil a experience.

Great and friendly service, As soon as you enter there’s 2 lanes for drive through. Once you get to the ordering location for placing or checking in with your mobile order you continue to the two lane food delivery location that is covered and spacious for multiple vehicles. Great food and service!! And now it’s closer to home!!
