Upon requesting a #4 burrito, the representative inquired if I would like the meal. I explicitly requested the meal. Subsequently, the representative inquired about my preference between the burrito and the bowl. I initiated a new order, effectively resuming the process. This approach ensured that no further misunderstandings occurred, as I provided a comprehensive order with no room for alternative options. The order included a #4 meal with chicken, a beverage of my choice (orange juice), and a burrito.
Later, I encountered the talent manager at the window. I informed her of the employee’s lack of comprehension and poor listening skills during the order process. She attributed the issue to the noise on the highway, which is indeed a factor. However, the representative had previously repeated the word “burrito” during our initial conversation and later inquired about my preference between the burrito and the bowl. These actions further substantiate my concerns. The talent manager dismissed my concerns by suggesting that the employee is human, which is true. However, I propose that employees responsible for taking orders should be solely focused on taking orders and not engaged in other tasks such as stocking.
Upon observing the representative at the window, I noticed that they were partially engaged in taking another customer’s order while simultaneously taking my order. There was no apology or accountability displayed, only a half-hearted smile and a casual demeanor. This behavior raises questions about the company’s commitment to providing a professional and respectful service. I believe that the company should strive to ensure that all employees are fully dedicated to their tasks and that customers receive the attention and care they deserve.

So this is the 500th time I’ve been to Chick-fil-A I have never had a bad experience ever. So when I got my food and got on the road my fries were warm at best I hate those pretty quickly cuz I was starving and then I went to eat the Nuggets which were dry and hard and that has never happened in my entire experience with Chick-fil-A then I come here and see 4.3 Stars which is pretty alarming because most Chick-fil-As I’ve ever seen have 4.9 Stars nonetheless not good food not a good experience definitely won’t stop through on this location anymore

Food was delicious; however, I ordered a coke float and there was next to no coke in the cup. When I asked them if they could add a little more coke, the red-headed order taker told me no. Could she not have put a little in another cup and handed that to me so I could pour it in myself? She didn’t even say sorry. May seem like not a big deal, but when you spend $30 on a couple of chicken sandwiches and a coke float, you expect a little courtesy. Won’t be going to chick fil an again for while and never in McAlester.

I have only been here twice and both times they sucked. The first time they messed up my order and when trying to fix it they gave it to someone else. My whole family finished their meals before they finally gave me mine. The second one was when I got a grilled chicken sandwich without the break. The chicken patty was half the size of the cheese and not adequate at all. The cheese and egg was cold and they didn’t give me a fork. I won’t be returning to this location.

No drive thru for mobile orders. We ordered and waited over 20 min after ordering on app 5 min before pulling up. To top it off, no hash browns for breakfast, I had to get fries. Then they didn’t give us sauces we specifically ordered. Fries no ketchup sucks.

We are estatic this Chick-fil-A location is finally open! The beautiful dining room, enthusiastic staff, and delicious food made for a wonderful experience! The owner came by to say hello and was very nice. We will definitely be returning to our new favorite restaurant in town!

Went in and got to order immediately, so I got 2 chick fil a sandwiches, a soft drink, and one box of fries. My order came to me under 5 minutes. Chicken is tender but not crispy (was actually really soft for being fried), and the fries were also soft and not crispy. Nonetheless, food was seasoned properly, and my soft drink of dr pepper tasted like dr pepper (noway). As I went to the bathroom, I noticed that the floor was not very clean (photo 1), but the bathroom was surprisingly clean and not foul smelling. The restaurant itself looks pretty decorated (photo 2). Overall, solid chick fil a fast food place.

Came in on a road trip with a very sad and crying baby, and was met with above and beyond kindness from a woman that I believe was the manager that made sure we had all that we needed and anything that may help my daughter. It is so helpful knowing people care even when you’re far from home!

Update 2023: Just had their breakfast chicken biscuit for the first and boy howdy, it is GOOD! Best biscuit ever!
