I was at the Burger King at 1950 Lincoln Way East in Chambersburg, PA today. My friend and I came in to eat with our children while her boyfriend stayed in the car with their dog. He came in after a few minutes to get the dog a water and a cheeseburger. The manager started getting confrontational with him saying he left the dog in the car. He said he was just getting the food and going back out. She started loudly talking about us to the other employees and telling other customers about it as they came in. I approached her and told her she needed to stop talking about us because we were right there. For the record, it was 45 degrees today, so the dog was okay to be in the care for five minutes while he got him, the dog, food and water. We were extremely upset to hear her talk about us in front of other customers. She also threatened to call the police which was upsetting for us and our children. Her behavior was beyond unprofessional and inappropriate. I’ll never come to this Burger King again if she’s still working there.

0 stars. I was given the wrong order and I called in immediately when I got home and spoke to a male and they told me that I could come back in to get the food remade. I’ve been came in and the assistant manager named Samantha told me that there was nothing she could do and that they were not going to remake my food. She also had me wait to the side so she could help three other customers, so I didn’t just lose the money from the original order, I lost the time of going back in there and having to wait as well

I waited more than 15 minutes to order my food a # 1 meal and a #7 sandwich only with a med chocolate shake and waited another 15 minutes for the food and was charged 28$ and if that wasn’t bad enough the big Mac literally fell apart in my wife’s hands and needles to say my chicken sandwich did the same 5 minutes later when I got home and was able to try and eat it …. I don’t blame the crew for everything because management needs to be held accountable for the stores lack of quality food they’re ordering and menus pricing I mean c’mon 28 bucks for 2 sandwiches and a fry and sprite along with a shake … absolutely ridiculous

Amazing service , amazing food , amazing staff. Came through the drive thru and was immediately greeted. They told me about their deals and new items they started selling. I was extremely impressed with how clean the store was as well as how fast the service was.

The food was given to me very quickly and it was nice and warm. I’m quite picky with how my fries taste, and it was nice and fresh and salted surprisingly well. The person through the drive through was very nice, they made small talk with me while I was waiting for my food. Unfortunately it wasn’t for long since ny food was already ready by the time I was at the window. I would definitely recommend this place, especially since it’s under new management. Wayyyy better than what it was a couple of years ago.

Stopped in for something quick to it & got serviced greatly. Manager was extremely nice and she even offered me a coupon code to get my food cheaper. Not even 3 minutes after I ordered my food was already done & handed to me. This is the third time that I’ve stopped at this location and had such a positive experience.
