Rumored to be Bob the Tool’s favorite place to get his mix on situated across the street from Kirkwood Community College (although he says that about every location), here you’ll find a welcoming atmosphere, enthusiastic staff, and all your fresh-made favorites, to dine in or to go.

Ordered a burrito to go, then watched the worker tear the tortilla on the press. Threw that away, pressed out another tortilla and ripped that one as well. Another worker then proceeded to pinch it together with their hand and throw it on the flat top.
When rolling the burrito, the pinched together tortilla split back open.
Not a huge deal, but maybe start with an “un-torn” tortilla for $15

It was my first time coming here and I must of caught a girl on a bad day she was unaware of how her attitude was even making my daughter uncomfortable to ask for more of something. We started ordering from this new employee and he goes makes the tortilla and comes back she has all the receipts all over the area where he is going to put the tortilla down on the paper and she had a attitude because he needed the area to help a customer! Then she was rude on teaching him how to do the portions or put it correctly.

Received a burrito with a receipt wrapped in it. Disgusting. Ordered a burrito bowl.. no beans, no salsa , asked for extra chicken. informed by delivery that they had no chips or salsa . Was still charged for it. Never again! The company only offered a free burrito and chips and salsa .

I order in person during lunch rush and am here weekly. They’re consistent and good natured here despite always being busy. They seem to do a really good job balancing online orders vs in person too.

After a long decision to not go there for poor service and food portions,.I have it and try. Pancheros somehow out did their selves with even worse food.
The size portions on their bowls I thought were mistaken and was from the kid’s menu. The ingredients are cold and this is a place I am done going to.
They better hope chipotle never comes to this side of town. This location has continued to get worse if possible.

i’m a frequent customer to this exact location and I had one single not so great burrito and I had briefly mentioned it to the workers today and they immediately and happily gave me 3 free burrito coupons. to the lady working today, with gauges in her ears, you’re an angel for that, made my whole month!!!!!!

It’s shocking how consistently disappointing the Pancheros on Kirkwood has performed. Time after time, I’ve walked in to find them out of main ingredients, food sitting out for hours, no ice for drinks, or being served cold meals. Tonight was the breaking point—at 5 PM, they were only serving burrito bowls because the dough was still “thawing.” At dinner time?! That is completely unacceptable and unimaginable for any restaurant owner, let alone a national franchise who sells only a few items—all but one of which use tortillas!
To the owner: This location has been ran into the ground. The management team is a complete failure, and far too many employees show little to no professionalism, effort, or basic customer service skills. As a loyal patron of Pancheros, it’s disheartening to see such consistent issues at this location. Customers deserve better. Either get your operations in order—or risk losing the community that keeps your doors open.

I’m not from here, but I love Panch. This Panch is easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I got a bowl and it was otherworldly. My coke was very delicious. The staff was also amazing and friendly and I got great portions in my bowl.
