My girlfriend and I would go to this Starbucks everyday during the week before work. It’s supposed to open at 4:30 am, yet every day, we get there at 4:45, and the doors are always locked. We’ll knock on the doors, and they look at us, and they either take another 5 to 8 minutes to let us in, or they won’t open the door at all. The whole staff in the early morning shift is rude as hell, and they give everybody attitude. They act like taking our orders and doing their job is insulting to them. This morning was the last straw tho… We got there at 4:42, and they sent someone who didn’t even work there out to tell us that they weren’t unlocking the door for us. That whole shift needs to seriously have a corporate hr rep there to watch how they act and treat the customers.

There was this rude tall guy with beard that was extremely rude to my teenage son. My son was thirsty so I decided to stop by a Starbuck he went in by himself he asked for a water with no ice. The worker with a beard told him it’s policy that he buys something if he wants a cup of water. So my son had money in his Apple wallet he payed a cake pop just to get water. I get it’s policy.. But what really bothered me was that my son told him twice he didn’t want ice since he was coming off a cold and the guy put extra ice I’m not even exaggerating filled his cup with ice and there was so little space for water. My son comes back in the car and I can see his sad face. I asked him what happened he told me and he didn’t even eat his cake pop and he had a full cup of ice with little water. I was so upset but instead of arguing I went in there to ask for a cup of water myself alone and see if they would do the same to me and No they gave me a cup of water with little ice and didn’t even tell me I had to buy something, so I believe they treated my son unfair just because the way he looked. I spoke to the manager Vilva and she was no help at all. This is really sad how they can make a kid feel more socially isolated and make him feel the way they did over just a simple cup of water with no ice that’s all he wanted. This Starbucks sucks for their employees and there’s no love or compassion in this store.

Good drive through but came here to study and the outlets are all closed so no charging, and the moment we sat down to study the staff blasted the music so loud could hear it through my noise cancelling headphones. People couldn’t even have a conversation because their music was too loud. It’s a coffe shop people wanna go and get work done and study

These guys covered their outlets- I came here to work on my computer for a half hour and drink a morning coffee. They have the regular outlets next to each seat.. but they are all covered/un-usable. Why would they do this? I walked out.
There is literally no one sitting inside; drive thru has customers, but they seem to on-purpose not want anyone coming in and sitting with their coffee..

No changing tables so if you have a little one I don’t recommend or would I recommend it if you have a service dog we went up to order and was told that we weren’t allowed to be in there we said she is a service dog still Starbucks at this location kept saying that we weren’t allowed here we still ordered and sat down no out side seats no charging atmosphere was bad all the employees were rude and not friendly like other Starbucks we been too and we walk through America so we have been to a lot all over from FL to NY CA and in between I’ve wrote corporate on a few and seems they really don’t care about their loyal customers and are very close to losing us

This place is consistently clean. The bathrooms are clean. You do not see the typical, nasty hard water deposits on the sink and toilet as you see in other Starbucks. There is toilet paper and seat covers. Someone is on top of it here. Condiment counter is well stocked and clean. Service is fast and friendly. Parking is easy and convenient. Nice surrounding neighborhood. No code needed for restroom. Lots of pretty ladies on both side of counter.

I went in 7/28 around 9pm asked for a iced coffee was extremely watered down and extremely sweet went back in to change it and my parents added something aswell so not only did I TRY to get it fixed but I’m adding !!!
I changed it to a hazelnut frap obviously I want it coffee based why was my drink white no coffee taste in sight even the whip cream wasn’t sweet.
I’m glad I haven’t been going to this location and yesterday’s experience plus this below confirms the care that’s givin.
My sister has had similar experiences got her sweet foam salted and asked to get it fixed and was the same .
