If your are coming here to get more than a blizzard I would prepare to take out a small loan, $50 for 2 of us. The food is probably the worst value for dollar of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. You are far better off going to Walmart down the road and spending your money on 45 tubs of ice cream instead. $4 for a tiny box of cheese curds and onion rings as well. $9 for a tiny burger no bigger or better than a McDouble from McDonald’s. -100/10 would not recommend to a single soul.

Got there at 630pm in a Monday evening. The outside was very dark. The parking lot was dark. I questioned if they were even opened. 2 people- a chicken finger combo & a burger combo was $40. Then 2 cones were $8.50! Almost $50 for 2 people at Dairy Queen is absurd! I got a blue cheese dip that expired almost 4 months ago. Inside half of the seating was dark with no lighting turned on. Not a very welcoming atmosphere at all. I will not be coming back here. Going down to one star due to the response I got back from DQ. Apparently they don’t take expired dairy products very seriously.

Horrible customer service !! always gives us wrong from what we order
Charged us 13$ extra for nothing we paid for!!! Our total should have been 19.27$ and we ended up getting charged 33$ and didn’t know till we checked our bank account since they refused to give us the receipt !!! SO UPSET !!! I want my money back!!!
They make the food very lazy
Ordered a slushee today and this is what we got ! So upsetting
Will not be going to this location again! They need better workers !
They will also not give you sauce for you food
Charge you extra for everything so expensive just for you to not get anything you asked !! Do not go here !! very upset how everytime we have gone we have had a horrible experience we will be making the extra drive to a different location. Never returning here

I got a peanut buster parfait and it tasted off. It was manageable with the toppings but once I got to the part where it was just ice cream I realized that the ice cream tasted sour. I put it in the freezer for a bit whilst I attended to other things but it made me feel sickly so I went back to tell them and ask for a refund. The manager was rude and accusatory and refused to give me a refund. He accused me first of eating it too late and I told him that I had only had some right after I had gotten it. Later he accused me of liking it and saying that I ate more than half of it (which I don’t think I did as what was left was slightly melted so there was no more air pockets) so obviously I liked it and just wanted the money. I kept telling him that it tasted gross and was making me feel sickly and he still refused to give me a refund. I don’t want the nasty ice cream I just want my money back.

$14 for this…is pretty ridiculous. it’s the “regular” size fry and it’s small. burger is undercooked. wait time took about 7 min. taste of the food isn’t what i was expecting when i payed $14. chic fil a, or even McDonald’s beats this.

the girl who was working at the window was giving absolutely nothing. i was paying with an older gift card that i have that has been used recently but it just has to be entered manually. i pulled up to the window and expressed i was using a gift card and it may not swipe. she had me try it out anyway and of course it didn’t work. I again told her that I had been helped at this exact same location and I have been able to pay using that gift card because the guy put it in manually for me. she simply said “well I don’t know how to put it in manually.” and then made me pay full price without attempting to help me. i’m very disappointed and will not be coming back.

The Dairy Queen Blizzard. The staple of fast food frozen desserts, and the reason DQ continues to stick around in the bloated quick-service franchise market. If you’re getting something other than a frozen treat, I usually get the Sauced & Tossed Honey BBQ basket and mix honey mustard and ranch (it’s solid). The fries are good and crispy. But honestly, you’re only coming here for a frozen dessert, and the Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard is tough to beat.
The employees here are pleasant, so it’s not an issue with manners, but I don’t think I’ve ever had what could qualify as a “good” service experience here. During my most recent visit, it took 45 minutes to get our order. We’ve had a combination of long waits or incorrect food orders historically. Attrition seems high here. The feeling I get is that ownership doesn’t put a whole lot of love and attention into this location.
Which leads to what I both like and don’t like about the atmosphere of this place. It’s a very dated store. It seems like some table or chair is broken and in the corner each time we’re here. The A/C wasn’t working on our last visit either. But there’s also a nostalgia here because it’s like warping back to the 80s/90s. With such a push for modern and contemporary, there’s something comforting about the old solarium windows and swivel chairs. If this place felt alive, I think it would have an atmosphere worth protecting, but unfortunately, it feels on the verge of death and hanging on by life support and love for Blizzards.
Overall, I keep coming back because it’s the closest Dairy Queen and it’s tough to beat a Blizzard, but if there was a closer DQ to my house, I’d go to that one instead.

Terrible service and the cakes are incomplete. Kids have no idea what they are doing and neither do their manager. Avoid at all costs.
We spent 2 hours more in the car (3 hours total) to go to Orem store to get the correct cake.
Forgot to mention, we called in advance and were assured they had the correct cake in stock. Train your employees!

Stopped here to get a quick bite last minute. The order taker was nice. The dining room was dark and very cold and outdated. The location was convenient but the food was subpar. The bathroom urinal is broken. I have no desire to return. Hopefully they make changes.

We keep getting coupons for Dairy Queen so I went there tonight with my family orders. I pulled out the coupons and was told, “We don’t participate.” I said, “Well, I guess tonight you’re benefiting from the advertising. Is there a participating DQ near here?” The answer was no. It’s raining, I don’t want to drive all over so I ordered. I asked for an additional fry but was just uncharged for the meal fry. I paid for another fry and left to feed the family. After eating I discovered the low rating of this store. Not sure why they don’t participate with the coupons but the DQ on State Street near us has a much higher rating, probably for good reason. Oh well, you got my money tonight but it’s the last time. If and that’s a big if we go again it won’t be to this location. In this economy, coupons are awesome but only if they’re honored.
