I tried to use the company’s “How did we do survey?” but it doesn’t appear they actually care because I attempted to enter my “Order Number” four times and it was not accepted. I’m not that stupid. Entryway vestibule was sloppy wet, muddy and obviously ignored. Order taker/cashier was good. Two condiment dispensers didn’t work. I tried the Smoked Brisket meal…it was barely warm and reminded me of a ham sandwich during college (compressed, crushed and old cheese)…disappointing and something I wouldn’t try again or recommend. Not a good experience…this store is very up/down, inconsistent.

I ordered an original chickensandwich with cheese. I got an original chicken sandwich with mustard and pickles. Yuck! I had to drive back amd spoke to the manager. She threw my bag away. I mentioned that my onion rings were in there. She threw attitude and rudely stated that she was going to give me new ones. I did go back one more time, because it was close to the hotel. When I got there, the same female manager was giving attitude to another customer. I will never go back. Customer service is everything!

Feels petty, but it’s happened like 3 times now: They ALWAYS forget the au jus for French dips, I ALWAYS don’t notice until I’ve driven home, and it ALWAYS ruins my day. Should not be something I have to check for.

This was the first time I used the Arby’s app. I didn’t realize that their default is that you will come inside and pick up your order, not go through the drive-thru. The sign on the side of the pickup area says skip the lines and order from the app but my experience was that the people in the lines got served before I did. Eventually the person working there asked me what I was waiting for and when I told him then he went and got it together. The food was good but the app to dining room experience was not.

So the store won’t confirm if that’s the new portion size for the regular roast beef….

I reached out when I got about half a dozen sandwiches like this (also with stale buns.) Corporate responded and offered a partial in-store credit but I just wanted an email from the store letting me know what happened and if that’s going to be the norm on the regular roast beef.

It took a couple weeks but Corey at the store finally called me wanting to know more about what upset me. (At 10am on a week day while I was at work) I called back just after 3pm and after about 30 rings someone finally picked up and said he wasn’t there and didn’t know when he would be. (This would be why I asked just for an email letting me know why the quality was so poor and it took so long to get back to me. I had even sent them all the pictures!!)

I emailed back to the corporate person who had been following up and let her know. She said they will work to improve things.

Overall the total order was a loss since my kids didn’t like that they were just eating crunchy buns. We did manage to put all the slices of roast beef together from 6 sandwiches to make a normalish looking one. But it wasn’t enough to feed us all so we had to go back out.

End of the day the store doesn’t care about it’s customers and and corporate can’t do anything about it. So going here is a gamble you could get screwed over or you get what you paid for. I would recommend going anywhere else at least for consistency and customer service.
