I ordered the southwestern egg rolls and french fries. It was not that good. Plus, I asked for extra condiment sauces on the side and I was served a pinch of everything I asked for. The micro sized container of condiments was not enough for the oversized egg rolls made up of mostly crusted bread. The prices are too much to pay for food that truly tastes pre- packaged and not served hot. This was our second visit and our second time leaving unpleased with the food. However, our waiter was great and the atmosphere was pleasant as well.

I had an exceptional experience. We sat at the bar. Our waitress was Barbara. She was very nice and personable. She was efficient in getting her customers served. The food was DELICIOUS! Burger was very juicy. We got the cookie/ice cream dessert. It was sooooo good! They have a big menu for whatever kind of food you’re in the mood for. Will definitely be going back in the future. 5 stars.

I had a delivery order and there was hair, the burgers were undercooked and some type of white substance on the actual burgers when no sauce comes on the burgers. The food is normally good but that order was a huge disappointment because I was so hungry. I threw it all away and lost my appetite

We ate at Chili’s on 1/25/26. Huge shout out to Rod at this Chili’s location! His hospitality was top tier. We had nearly 20 guest in our party if not more and Rod’s service was the best I’ve experienced at this location! His ability to cater to our needs is unmatched! The food was also amazing and quickly served! Everyone at this establishment has made our visit amazing. Working in management at a food establishment I would love to have this team working for me! Way to go everyone but Rod you did your thing!

Amazing service! My wife and I haven’t been to chilis in YEARS, so we didn’t know what to expect when we decided to go today.
Our food was great, no doubt, but our server was even better. Alyssa is so attentive, quick to find a solutions, and on top of her tables. We never felt like we had to hunt her down. Her timing is impeccable.

She kept a smile on her face the entire time, was patient, and had a very positive attitude. Our orders came out perfect and fast! Restaurant was CLEAN!! Service was FAST, & they cleared tables quickly. Food was hot & fresh just like I like it!! I can’t lie, this was not my first pick on a Saturday night. HOWEVER… I’m SO glad this is what my daughter chose, because after a long day at work, they DID NOT disappoint! It’s obvious they work as a team & I Love that. Shout out to Ms. Ivy. Her personality made our day. I made a speech blunder and she understood my question without me having to repeat it. Never had to ask for anything twice, and big bonus, what was requested was at our table with seconds, NOT MINTUES.
Her cheerful banter was much needed. Our dinner ended with a game of rock/paper/scissors, after 4 rounds Ms. Ivy won…lol..

Usually fine when I eat in but today my mother and I had a mobile order. App said the food was ready. Went in. No one came to the counter for over 10 mins they weren’t busy. Multiple people just walked past me and the line behind me and ducked off into a corner where they thought we couldn’t see them just to get on their phone. Me and a couple of the girls I was in line with got irritated. Another girl kept having to come back in because they kept messing up her order. Then I was told I had to wait 20 more minutes because the food wasn’t ready. Got the food. Got to the home. Realized I was missing some queso dip. Went back. Was told that I’d have to pay for it again. Decided not to. Came back home. My steak wasn’t right. I ordered a medium this is past well done. I’m just honestly disappointed.
