I came back here today after about two decades. I used to go to Bradley University and then worked for Caterpillar here in Peoria.
It’s so nice to see this Panera Bread has kept the same look and feel although stayed relevant and up to date.

This was our first time to a Panera Bread, so we were extremely excited. The bldg was extremely clean from the lobby, front counter, displays and the restrooms were very well stocked and super clean! Upon entrance, we were quickly greeted by two floor workers, our cashier was very friendly and full of smiles. Our food was correct and fresh! We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for a great first experience! 🙂

Bad experience at this Panera bread. I waited a very long time for my food and they were not busy. A friend ordered after me and got their food a good amount of time before me. I had told them it was for dine in. After waiting a long time I inquired, about it, then they acted like they didnt know, or even have my order. I said I have my receipt to prove I ordered and paid. It turned out they had it sitting there in a to go bag. I told them it was for dine in. All they did was said sorry about that maam and never offered to fix it put on tray in & soup in bowl etc. Then I had to ask them to put out napkins. They said they would, they didnt. I had to ask a second time for napkins too. Then when they finally put them out it looked like they only about 10 in the holder. They should have filled it. Food was not good either, my sandwhich was really small and food was cold by time they gave it to me. The Food value for money is not good. Bathroom not great either. Overall very disappointed with this visit to a Panera Bread. Not my usual experience at other Panera Breads. Wont be back.

I ordered a family baguette bundle. Three of the sandwiches were buffalo chicken and one a black Forrest ham. The chicken sandwiches were mostly bread. Virtually no other ingredients inside. I called to complain about this and the manager told me that these sandwiches are portioned with a mere two ounces of chicken. He also said that this is a corporate standard for calorie count. In a sandwich that is about twelve inches long, that is far too little. I don’t believe this has anything to do with calories. I believe this is all about cost effectiveness for Panera and profits.

Worst grilled cheese ever, felt like something from a school cafeteria. The tomato soup was good enough, but then I made the mistake of ordering a “fresh” cookie which clearly wasn’t fresh and was like 3.50. Schnucks grocery has better cookies for $1.

I’ve always loved Panera but haven’t been there in years. When a friend took me to chat, he bought to soft drinks. Literally fountain drinks and would I looked at receipt, they were Seven dollars a piece. Never will I go there again. This is robbery.

They were out of the soup we wanted. They were out of the bread we wanted. Person at register smiled when informing us of this. The iced tea was empty. Floors and bathroom were dirty. No paper towels in the bathroom and trash overflowing.
Napa Almond Chicken salad was bland with chunks of romaine that fell out constantly.
Spent over 50 dollars for two bland sandwiches and 2 bowls of soup. Very disappointing!

The soup was cold so took it back to counter to have them warm it up, they said take it out front and use the microwave
I can not recommend a restaurant that can’t serve a hot meal that I paid cash for if I wanted to cook my own soup I would have stayed home

Very relaxing atmosphere but every Panera I have every gone to go is way too hot. The bathroom thermostat said 78.
