Overall, a satisfactory experience. The loaded bowl had a genuinely enjoyable flavor and the portion size was just ok. The seasoning was well-balanced, making it a solid choice for a casual meal. The service was efficient as well, making it worth a visit if you’re in the area you should try them

Got the 12 inch loaded quesadilla and it was delicious! I like that I can pick what I want to go in it. Also got queso and chips, so good! Servers were super friendly and the dining area was immaculate. It was my first time there and will definitely go back!

The atmosphere was good due to it being new but food was greasy as seen in the pictures and quantity is half size to typical order. Don’t fall for Instagram trap or videos.

We went there for dinner tonight and everything was great! Service was quick and food was delicious. Loved their sauces too. So excited to have a new fresh mex spot close to home!

First timer and I will be back. It’s your typical burrito joint set-up, but I loved how they offered to grill my corn, onions and bell peppers for my chicken quesadilla. My meal came with chips and the salsa bar. Tortilla chips were thin and delicious. I also loved the Surcheros Sauce on my quesadilla. My son had the ground beef burrito and was happy as well! Brand new, clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Having been here no less than 8 times since opening, I have to say it’s one of my favorites. From bowls, to burritos, to nachos, and quesadillas, I have tried it all and have yet to be disappointed. The freshness of the ingredients far surpasses other similar restaurants. A few tips…you can get your corn, onions, and peppers grilled if you wish, don’t count out the dressings, particularly the Surcheros and Cilanto dressing (I normally do both), and try the many options of tortillas for your burrito. Add in that chips come with the meal and a fresh salsa bar, it’s hands down the best restaurant of this style. I can’t recommend Surcheros enough and know I will continue coming back!

Came when this place first opened and it left A LOT to be desired. Stood and waited for almost 15 minutes past my pick up time but figured we’d give them another shot because they had just opened. Came today and ordered a chicken bowl to go … I kid you not there are FOUR tiny pieces of chicken in this bowl. For the same price as Chipotle, I’ll go right now the street and order from them. Absolutely ridiculous portion.

We really wanted to love this place but it was straight up terrible. Crunchy rice you nearly chopped a tooth on, half the lettuce was bad(even after asking for fresh lettuce), and significantly smaller portions on the burrito bowls than other options in town. The chips were very greasy, and the service from the team was quite terrible, too. Very little communication, no warmth, no friendliness, and the entire counter by the check area was covered in grease, debris, and spilled food.
Lots of folks have raved about this place, but we felt like we were in a totally different establishment.

Take out a few times now. Food has been great. Fresh and lots of options. Love the grilled burrito and salad. Staff always seem attentive and friendly. Definitely worth a try!

New place, I’ve never dined here. I told the employee that I didn’t know how I was supposed to order and asked what do I do? He said great question, I’m not sure what to do. There were two trainers standing watching everything, at least that’s what their name tags said. The dining room had a group of 6 and two families 3 (each). The rest of the tables were not cleaned off. I counted 7 employees not including the two trainers standing watching. When ordering the lids on the ingredients were shut and I could not see in the containers due to the steam. No problem, but when you ask me to pick things I want to be added to my order be prepared or just go ahead and tell me what I have to choose from. Being such a new business in the area, I would think that you would want to help people get used to your ordering protocol and try to sell your food. Please don’t just stare at me like I the stupid one.
