Iv been twice in the last two weeks for my wife craving Rita’s. Ordered the large custard with sprinkles. First, the price is over 7$ for a single ice cream. Second they didn’t even fill the cup up. Then tonight 11/22 I went to try again. As they were making ice cream they ran out of soft serve. I was told that the cup that was filled roughly 1/3 of the way was equal to a small and that they could just charge me for a small and refund the large that I had already paid for …. I didn’t want to go empty handed to my wife so I agreed. After I received the 1/3 filled cup of ice cream I paid another 6$ for the “small” ice cream & I was told that they weren’t able to process the refund and that they will have to ask the manager. So I’m out 13$ + for a literal 1/3 cup of ice cream. I’m blown away.
