Tried the new ” loaded” Italian sub. Very disappointed! For supposedly “having the meat” the sandwich was lacking big time.

We bought nuggets after asking the cashier if there was a difference between the premium nuggets and regular. They told us premium was bigger so we went ahead with that. What we received was so hard to process, it literally turned my stomach. We spent nearly $6 (making each nugget a $1/pc) for nuggets that were hardly bigger than the size of a quarter. I am not usually confrontational but I figured a mistake must have been made. When I went up and asked the staff, a man working the kitchen stated that all nuggets were same, regardless of premium vs regular and they came in varying sizes technically. He stated “I tried to give you some of the bigger pieces.” I held up a nugget and asked him if this was seriously $1.00 per nugget hoping they would understand the ridiculousness of the situation and do something to make it right. The lady that took my order shrugged and said, “yeah.” Seconds of silence passed. I finally said, “okay…” and went to sit back down since it was obvious these people cared nothing about our experience tonight, nothing about the expense we paid for our family to eat out. It definitely ruined the experience. The whole time I was eating, I just kept thinking how my sandwich cost half of what the nuggets did. Even though I come to this place regularly, I’m done. This was just not right. I don’t like to complain. Tonight I actually found the courage to say something because it just felt so wrong and I was met only with indifference. This may seem silly, but it felt so unjust to charge $1 per nugget. Look at the pic! Lol. This was not even our smallest nugget. Our family will not be returning unfortunately.

I’m not sure who the young lady was working at the drive-through window, but I came 15 minutes before close and she was very mad at me yanked my card out of my hand and then shoved my food into my face. She needs some serious retraining.

Been here a bunch usually in the mornings or around lunch and the food is good, but I came here just today at 4 and the people working there had no idea what they were doing it sounded like. They got corrected atleast 3 times by another worker there for messing something up, and they were complaining about something not sure what and they said they messed up something aswell in the back. First time I’ve have a bad experience here.

It was drive-thru, so there was no atmosphere. The food is always wonderful. Start with 2 for $6 get two classic Roast beef sandwiches, then a Greek gyro, and finish off with mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. Stop buy and try it out.

My steak nuggets and Mac and cheese was cold., but I ate them. The shaved beef product is addictive. Don’t ask how it’s made.

I don’t know if someone is new and doesn’t know how to make sandwiches or if they’re just giving half the meat or what. This is what my sandwich looked like and the same for the other orders. All meat on half of the sandwiches regardless of the type of sandwich. Only took a pic of mine. It was a order to go or I would have asked what the deal was. Really sad because they did a good job prior but the past 3 times I’ve been they’ve really slipped. I didn’t even get to eat because I wasn’t about to try and reorganize a Ruben in a car and didn’t want to eat just meat or just sauerkraut. It was late afternoon and they weren’t even busy, so no excuse for this poor job. Not good Arby’s… Not good.

**Edit I wasted my time giving feedback with the response link, never heard a thing back. I don’t go to Arby’s anymore, and won’t, obviously they don’t care.**

My husband and I are long time Arby’s fans, but currently live 45 minutes away. We wanted to try their new Arby’s Angus Cheesesteak sandwich so made the trek. Wow! They are delicious! There was an option not to get the peppers and onions in the sandwich, which we appreciated. Just wo perfume, really. My husband had no problem finishing it. I got about 2/3 done and was full while sharing curly fries. I’ll add… I bought two Classic Arby’s ‘just in case’ and reheated and enjoyed them later.

Love the food nd the service is always great. You have a bell to ring inside to say the food nd service was good. How about some kind of bell outside by the drive thru so people can ring that? I’ve suggested it at other Arby’s downstate Michigan and they thought it was a good idea. I go thru the drive thru more than I go in nd would ring the bell every time!
