It’s a carhop type fast food restaurant. U don’t eat inside but u can eat in the car . Route 44 is my favorite thing to get but wife loves their smash burgers.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Sonic. My order was all screwed up. The fries weren’t even fries. They were the little crumbs pieces left in the bottom of the bag. The burgers weren’t even fries just slapped together, no ketchup…which I asked for, and way too much mayo. And the coney didn’t even have much chili on it, it was dry as a desert. I ordered two half sweet/half unsweetened teas and what I got was completely unsweetened. This made me not want to go to sonic ever again. This was at the Waynesboro, GA location.

After multiple visits to this restaurant, I won’t ever be back. Each time I have went I have had to wait sometimes up to 15 minutes to even place my order, not in line, wait after getting to the order spot. Rude and gangly, raggedy looking workers. Sonic used to be better.

The service suxed and the kids working on Saturday night August 23, 2025 we’re so very rude. I drive up and mashed the red button and sat 15 mins to no avail. Moved to drive thru and sat another 10 mins. Moved to another stall mashed the red button …nothing… Finally got waited on…ordered…got my food, got home and it wasn’t even what I ordered… Need new employees and managers on duty that care

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a sonic. It took 45 minutes to get a double cheese combo and I had to go get it myself. Gave me no straw for my drink no napkins. I WILL NEVER BE BACK… and they were rude. Employee with fake blonde hair has a nasty attitude probably has something to do with me being white!BS

8/30/2022 Sonic in Waynesboro, GA. I sent this food back b/c it looked overcooked. It came back looking like this a 2nd time. I spent $28 and some odd change. Dang SONIC high as your prices are you can use fresh/new cooking oil. This is messed up.

Don’t eat here!!! I’d give less the 1 star but that’s not an option. It’s always ridiculous when I come here. If it weren’t for my kids I wouldn’t come here. They have the worst worst worst customer service!!!! Johanna was rude but theyre always rude and don’t listen to anything!!!! I asked for 2 number 3 combos and since I got water she insisted on ringing it up all separate so it cost more even after I said something she refused to change it. The foods usually wrong! The cashier always has a terrible attitude and acts like you’re bothering her when you’re placing your order! She won’t smile and stares at you all weird like something’s wrong with her!! It takes way to long to get your food on top of the bad attitude and nasty food. Garbage!!! Terrible!!! Rude!!! Nasty!!! Disgusting!!! Horrible!!! Dissatisfied!!! Disappointed!!!
