When I visited this Carl’s Jr it was nice and quiet. I had just wrapped up my shopping day and I stopped in to grab a bite. I had the chicken stars with zucchini a small drink and 2 chocolate chip cookies. I enjoyed the meal brought the cookies home and forgot I still had them in the bag. it’s all good though. I’ll return again when I’m in the area. I forgot how much I really liked the fried zucchini, yum.

Excellent customer service! After ordering our meals, they were brought to our table. Manager on duty asked if we wanted our blue frozen lemonade split into two for my kids, which was very helpful. Restaurant was clean and having sports on TV was an added bonus!

Can’t go wrong with a famous star with extra sauce. Always good service and great value. The building is showing its age and needs a facelift and general attention to upkeep in the restroom and the floors throughout the day.

Got the philly cheesesteak burger with kriss cut fries. Everything was freshly served. The burger was good but id have to say its not as good as the a 1 steakburger they have.but thats just my opinion . Service was good as well and the restaurant was clean too

It is my first time coming here and I am very pleased with the service. It’s about 9:30pm on a Friday and I’m currently the only one in the dining room. It’s slow but they have a little bit of traffic coming in through the drive thru. (They close at 12am on Fridays)
First off, I love that they have Icees for a decent price. I was expecting them to be something like 4 dollars so when she said $1.89 I was stoked!
Besides all that, what really pushed me to give this Carl’s Jr. a five star rating was the cute young blonde female employee that was taking the inside and drive thru orders. She was just the sweetest person with very good customer service skills. I heard her do a few drive thru orders and she was full of energy and was really connecting with the customers and even shared some stories from her personal life to relate to this one customer and the two of them laughed and joked in the drive try window as she handed her her order. She just made everyone that she spoke to feel good, me included, with her niceness. I don’t recall her name but she’s in one of the photos I’m going to post.
Whoever that employee is, she should get a raise!

The food here is always good when I order, the only issue I have is that at night, you can’t tell if the place is open or closed. The area here in general is dark with very few lights in the parking lot, and the only light is the light that emits from their menu signs. They need to add a “Drive Through Open” sign to their window at least. Other than that, the staff here has always been friendly to me and I’ll keep coming.
Update: 9 months later and I’m glad they (whoever owns the lot) finally added lights to the parking lot. Feels alot safer when you can see your surroundings.

This was our order! We are very disappointed and disgusted with a bite taken out of the sausage inside our sausage egg and cheese biscuit! We order from Carl’s Jr. at 40375 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd, Murrieta CA 92563 on May 5th, 2022 at 9:46am. This is completely wrong and totally against health codes! Who in their right mind would do this! This nation is slowly getting over the pandemic. And then you see this inside your sandwich. Some people wonder how it is spread so quickly and from where. We are appalled at Carl’s Jr. and the standard that are lacking. If I could give zero stars we would!!!!

Stopped through for lunch. Went through the deive-thru and ordered combos for 3 people.
Upon arrival to the window, the worker handed us our drinks which were all different but dark sodas. We had no idea which was what. The worker then walked away before we could ask and disappeared for awhile. She was able to tell us which were what when she eventually returned. We sat at the window for a good while waiting on the food.
The food was prepared perfectly. It was good, hot, fresh and RIGHT!
Overall I got what I paid for. Customer service could use improvement.
