Very disappointing experience;
My family and I truly love the “Chicken Bacon Clásico” from Pizza Patron, which is why this experience was especially frustrating.
I placed an online order for a Chicken Bacon Clásico, and it was picked up at 7:06 PM. When my dad brought it home, we realized we were given a completely different pizza — not just a small topping mistake, but an entirely different pizza that came covered with a large amount of cilantro on top. It was clearly not what we ordered.
After calling the store, we were informed that our original pizza was still at the restaurant and advised to return. When we did, we exchanged the incorrect pizza for the one that was supposedly ours; however, it had already become completely cold. Additionally, it was not prepared according to the original recipe — it was missing mushrooms and instead had a significant amount of red onions.
What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability. We did not receive an apology or any effort to properly resolve the situation.
I’m not generalizing because I genuinely enjoy Pizza Patron as a brand, but this specific location needs better quality control and customer service. I hope management reviews this and addresses the issue.

I ordered a pizza online using my points and I redeemed a free pizza. Once I get there the cashier is charging me for the pizza I ordered for free, I asked why are you charging me it’s free and he says oh you are an hour late so I deleted your order and now I have to charge you and you’ll have to wait 20 minutes for another pizza. I get off and went inside and the lady says they have plenty of pizza ready when he said there wasn’t any ready. The app didn’t specify what time I have to pick up the pizza or it will be cancelled. He had a very nasty attitude and proceeds to give me ugly faces. This guy should be fired it’s not the first time he’s given bad service. The lady in the back is very sweet and she helped out in the situation. I still ended up paying $6 unfortunately which is unfair, no free pizza and I didn’t get my points back.

Everytime I go to pizza patron I always get the nice cashiers I never have a problem with them they are the sweetest. I went last Sunday and I got the man with the beard. He was super rude I already saw all the previous reviews about him and I think that is unacceptable. No job should have anyone like that, he should be fired already, bad attitude always and a bad face especially since he’s horrendous already. He’s a very bad image to pizza patron and I hope I never have to go again to see his face.

On Thursday @ around 5:30 pm . I came after donating blood & immediately started feeling very sick . I tried to walk out the door to get fresh air & stumbled to the ground . Immediately the associates came running for me & helped me sit down , brought me water , called EMT & helped me call my family . I just want to say thank you so much to everyone who worked that night . I truly appreciate them as I have never felt as sick as I felt that night and I’m so grateful that they were there to help & check on me . Keep up the good work everyone &God bless !

For the first time… I got a burned pizza and the didn’t want to fix it.. I know they seen it when they were slicing it… got home and called them… not even a sorry or bring it back for a different one.. nothing….
