Service and atmosphere were reportedly well with my manager (who went and picked up our food,) however I was surprised to find a roach egg in the container of my caramel apple crisp. It looked like it was in the container instead of being a part of the food, so it is not the cook’s fault or unsanitary food. I’m just assuming a roach got between the to-go containers. (It was a whole piece before I removed it from the container, I replaced it in the container to show where I found it.)

The Manager Annie was exceptional. The front register was down and she meet us at the counter and personally took our large to go order and double checked it in front of us. Food was freshly prepared and delicious. Definitely will be back.

Worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to. Fries fried in old oil that tasted like they’d used it to fry the chicken as well. Absolutely disgusting. Will never return.

Giving this review a 1-start for service…primarily based on the speed of service.
Bottom line up front…it should not take 18 minutes to complete my order. I get it…it’s after the lunch rush and you may not have everything on hand…but 18 minutes seems a bit excessive.
Or…unsolicited tip…if it’s going to be more than a handful of minutes…just let the customer know so they’re not wondering what is taking so long.

We were on a trip and stopped in to get dinner. We like Bojangles always had good food at other locations except this one. The food was too hot and the chicken was dry. Also the mashed potatoes and gravy were too bland. There was also too many flies inside the restaurant. We were very disappointed with the service and the state of the eating area. I would not recommend this location.

Did a delivery order the other day through the app and unfortunately request help through the app after receiving the wrong items and have yet to receive a response. I had requested a bo size Cajun meal and bo size smothered gravy. Both were wrong unfortunately. The food was still good though.

Let’s start with the man who looked like he worked on his car before shift and didn’t bother to wash the dirt and grease off his hands. Around his fingernails were black and he handled food and utensils for handling food without gloves.
Two people on the front line and he was one of them. I don’t know if he was a new employee or perhaps never worked fast food, but he wandered around trying to put together orders. The operative word:

Two door dashers trying to pick up orders. People bunched up at the counter trying to get food.
It took 10 minutes for my companion to get 1 biscuit with gravy. It took me 15 to get a sausage biscuit with Bo rounds. I observed 1 customer have to bag her to go order because they put it on a tray. My order was dine in but it was thrust at me in a bag.
A drive through customer had to come in and get the beverage she paid for. The employees had time to argue with her. Meanwhile, I’m standing and waiting on my food.
And the drive through girl yelling at the customer that she needed to go get her sweet tea some place else. Some old white man came out started trying to hush the angry female customers. Don’t know who he was, put contrary to what the smart mouth drive through girl said as we walked away, the customer aren’t crazy.
We were tired of bad attitude. Not getting out food in a timely manner or having to come inside to get what we’d paid for.
Employees who don’t have time to get orders correct and delivered on time, but have time to argue about getting customers the items that they paid for don’t deserve customers.
This is what I waited 15 minutes for?
I will never go back.

The biscuit and dirty rice were excellent!however, I ordered white meat, like my ticket says, and was given dark (which was very good). The serving of slaw was very disappointing. It was tasty but the size of a garnish.
