Once upon a time, I went in to order.
Noticed people getting food from the app far faster than me waiting for help by the glass.
App worked fine. 1st pickup no problems.
2nd pickup my mushroom chicken had more grease than pan fried bacon, was nasty.
3rd pickup, Uber Eats people kept trying to cut in front of me. My email said it was done, but where was it? One guy had come in and grabbed a finished order, neither the cashier or guy looked at what resembles my order. He was gone.
Dude working there has memory problems, asked my name 3 times. I pulled up my order on the app and started refund process, when they suddenly decided to fill my order which was 15 minutes late by this point.
I believe my order was handed off but have no way to prove it.
I will not go back until there is a complete turnover in management and staff.

Kylie is absolutely horrible on customer service. They have forgotten my sauce so many times on DoorDash. I ordered almost $100 worth of food called her ahead of time asked for the sauce to please be included she acted like they were so on top of it HUNG UP ON ME and guess what? I never got my sauce. When I called her she said oh they didn’t put it in there? There’s nothing she can do. She is rude and so out of line.

Very frustrating to place a to go order only to get to Panda at the expected pick up time and wait an additional 20 minutes for a side of rice and small entree. It seems they don’t actually make the to go orders as they come in- they ask individually who is there waiting and make that order on the spot (at least that is how it was handled tonight). I happened to be behind 3 door dashers who had very large orders. I also had to repeat my name multiple times before my order was made- again this wouldn’t be an issue if they were making the orders as they came in. The entire line of customers who were walk ins were served by the time I got my order. Definitely not ordering to go from this location again.

I did an online pick up order so I couldn’t leave feedback through the customer survey but I had to leave a comment on the great customer service I had. The store was well ran and everyone was so friendly and greeted instantly. and one of the employees ran out to give me my cheese rangoons that I had forgot which was so kind since it was raining outside. Fantastic store!!

There was a gentlemen that was a gentlemen that i got help that was needing a warm meal that I was able to help while I was there eating and I bought him a meal and before anyone can say. I’m not here to be boastful or wanting praise I have been in his situation and needed help before and didn’t have anyone to help me im just glad I could help him out. I will never forget this day. Thank you Panda express.

I miss the days when they loaded you up with food. Now you get almost all noodles with 9 pieces of chicken. Other than this, the food was delicious.

I was in line to order my food they said it’ll be a minute on the orange chicken. I didn’t have a problem waiting for the chicken to get done cooking. As I’m waiting to get my food the people behind me ordered orange chicken as well so I knew they had to wait. By the time they get to paying for their food the orange chicken is done cooking and on the bar they fill up the peoples plates that was behind me in line and they leave the store. my bowl and plate is still sitting on the counter they are now helping the gentleman that was behind them in line he leaves the store and my food is still sitting on the counter I finally have a chance to say something about my food just sitting there and the employee working looked like he didn’t know who’s food was who’s and was lost. I just wanted to leave a review to let The bosses know they need to do a better job at communicating into organization

My kids love this place but the quality has gone down. We just got lunch to go get home and the food is Undercooked, especially the chicken. And yes I can re cook it myself but if I spend money at a restaurant you kinda want to get what you paid for.

Friendly staff, go up to the counter and pick out what you want. Kind of like subway but with Chinese food. Pretty good place to eat.

I’m not sure what has happened here lately but every time that I placed a pick up order I have to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes to pick it up regardless if there’s a large order and you guys should not prioritize that order, you have numerous people in the kitchen for a reason. If it gets packed, you need to have one person working the large order and the other one working the line .im getting so sick of this Location.
