I don’t know what happened to the original workers but this new group that works weekday mornings especially drive through is horrible!

I use mobile ordering and today I ordered a maple sugar bacon wake up wrap and the wrap was thrown together like they were rushing. Upon trying to take the poorly made wrap out the back of it is ice cold! I move the egg and it’s ice cold!!!!

If you can’t handle the morning rush either hire more help or put someone who can handle it on the drive through.

Unfortunately I don’t know what going on with this location. I drink Dunkin latte quite often. This place regularly is messing up. They give you this and say it’s latte like what??. I don’t know if this place can’t train their staff properly or if the staff is taking short cuts and hope that customers won’t figure out that this is no what was ordered. I even sent email to corporate with complaint about it but they tried to argue with me that oh it is latte. Sure somehow other locations can make perfect latte but this one not. Never coming back here again. I’d rather go somewhere else where I know I will get what I ordered and paid for. And here look at the picture of the ” latte”

For a long time I didn’t like this place the service was always rude never said bye or any words and drinks were mixed horribly. BUT I wanna say in the past two months or so there is new management new staff and there is one young woman tall slim (white) who seems to manage everything smoothly with care they have a lot of new cashiers in the drive thru and you can tell they actually care about their work I have returned to being a regular customer in this location thank you guys keep up the good work !

Loved this location, but not sure what’s going on lately. They have been falling short on details like coffee should be hot, food should be toasted & butter should not be on the outside of the half toasted cold bagel. Today I requested a new bagle the women rolled her eyes procedded to make it and then she burnt it this time, lesson learned guess I need a new Dunkin. It’s a shame.

Dunkin’ coffee is my favourite ever, because I drink Dunkin coffee every single day without fail and this is my worst experience of pumpkin spice latte. This is the worst it’s a garbage. I never drank like this pumpkin spice ever in my life and it is very worst and the quantity of the medium cup is not good. It was half of the cup. I don’t know what’s happening in that store and the staff were not. You know that much professionals in doing this type of things I don’t know because I never gave any review for Dunkin coffee because that is my favourite ever, but this is the first time I’m giving a review on Dunkin’, especially this store. I hate, and I never go again to the store in my life again. And I never said to add vanilla shot and I never said to add cinnamon shot and I never said to add caramel drizzle. What’s going on? Who is the manager over here? You have to take care of your staff. This is the worst experience I have faced from Dunkin’.

This location is consistent on poor quality & long wait times. If I told you this was 3 scoops with hot fudge and Caramel is far from the intended goal. Hot fudge is blocky and frozen, you got to be kidding. Knowing the wait time I could’ve drove to another location or the employees could see the incentive to make sure the products are working.
Last time going to this location been trying to give this place a chance out of convenience for proximity to home

This place is my go to before I start work and they have remembered my order and have it there for me. That’s great consumer service. They arw always smiling and you know they like what they are doing bc I’m happy after left them.. The food is made with care and exact. Thank you .

I would like to add my experience at that location the time I walked in it was like 1215 to 1220 nobody acknowledge me everybody was walking around and earbuds in their ears maybe they’re listening the music or something like that did not they did not acknowledge me and till I ask if anybody’s willing to help me forget about the greeting And then the guy stepped up oh why you are here I am here for my pick up order but if you guys are looking for a breakfast please don’t go and waste your time and energy up there you’re not gonna have a good day they are making low Dunkin standards It was an online order I would like to ask Dunkin owner or franchisee if they don’t trust that see the cameras between 1218 or 12:15 to 1225 thank you

I was waiting in line for a few mins, waiting for the person ahead of me to finish ordering. They finished and I thought okay great I can order and get going. Nope! The cashier saw me and just left to do other things. I waited a few more mins until I stared down another worker there and eventually helped. Mind you, it was NOT busy. There were 3 workers in total. Very unprofessional and rude. Also, the donuts taste different and is disgusting. Can’t believe the prices for the dozen donuts AGAIN. Definitely not worth $15.99.

Where to begin? Placed order at drive thru. After going over simple order (no cheese what so ever) we pull up to pay. Saying we want points to please scan phone. They process just the credit card & no points received. We asked if the order can be cancel & placed again. (It was a big order) they say yes. They cancelled & place order again only for them to NOT issue points again AND….AND….they messed up the order by adding cheese to it all. Knowing they have a loyalty program they should be asking ALL clients if they are members.
