Had dinner there last night, with friends. I had the ladies sirloin, ordered it a little pink Inside. When I got it, it was pretty much dry and burnt.
Salad was out of a bag, boring.
The meal was a rip off, 20 some bucks.
Won’t be eating there again, the place needs to be updated. No cushions on seats.

We had the calf frys and I had the belt buster a chicken friend steak sandwich and it was awesome. For a West Texas boy it is a lot like the DQ Dude.

We went on a Saturday night because we had heard the steaks were really good. Our 12oz ribeyes “the Outback” ($33.99) were a quarter of an inch thick with no flavor & overcooked. If I’m paying that much for a steak, I want it thick & juicy. The corn tasted like it was poured out of the can & heated up. No butter, no seasoning. Neither one of us got our roll that is supposed to be included. The salad was the best part of the meal. We did get seated immediately & our young server was friendly. The meal was not worth the gas it took to get there. One & done for us! Their sign should say worst steak of the West.

Really good stick to your ribs food. I recently had the patty melt and couldn’t put it down. Had a perfect crust on the outside for a wonderful bite. The flavors came together just how I wanted.

Without exaggerating, overstating, or embellishing; our server took our drink and app orders and took 20 minutes to bring chips, fountain drinks and one beer for 3 people. 15 minutes longer to come back to take our food orders. Another server came by to refill our drinks and bring more chips. Food orders were not correct when they arrived. Complaining isn’t something I enjoy, but I just can’t stress what a giant waste of time this experience was. Over/under like 90 minutes to get in and out for a sandwich, a burger, and a bowl of Chile. I’d have held my tongue if I was even offered some reason for the delays, but the place was not full and it just felt like business as usual.

We usually stop in here when I visit my family in the area. The staff is always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The food never disappoints. This time around, I had The Belt Buster. Its a chicken fried steak sandwich, with texas toast. It had great flavor, came with a side of white gravy and fries. They aren’t kidding when they call it the belt buster, it will fill you up. I was so full I didn’t have a chance to try a slice of pie. Which they had multiple flavors to choose from. I’m sure we’ll visit again the next time I’m in town.
