I had the spinach sandwich, chicken sandwich, and broccoli cheddar soup, and everything hit the spot. The soup was creamy and rich, perfect with the warm sandwiches. The spinach one was light and fresh, while the chicken had great flavor. Panera never disappoints when it comes to a cozy, satisfying meal.

I ordered 1/2 Chptl Chicken Avacado sandwich and cup of broccoli chadder cheese soup. I received the correct sandwich but not the right soup. I received pumpkin soup. I tried calling couple of times but no one is picking up the phone.

I bring my mom and son here once a week and it’s a wonderful place to enjoy a cup of soup and bread to dip at an affordable price.
Our food wait is fast on most days. On busy days it’s a small wait but worth it.
The atmosphere is relaxing and you don’t feel rushed at all.
The staff is super nice! Always enjoy our little laughs.

Finally decided to try it again after about 20 years. While service is great and restaurant is clean, the dojo’s is pricey. I had thegrilled cheese (they didn’t have an option with ham) and tomato soup. I only ordered 1/2 sandwich but received a full. Food is good if a little rich for my tastes. It came as 2 pages with 2 bags of chips ( only needed 1,) and was charged for 2 meals instead of a combo. $22.00.

There’s so much confusion and misleading pictures and descriptions on their menu. The cashiers don’t know how to describe it and online info seems to suggest that they knowingly add layers of confusion to make customers pick a more expensive product. Why the pick 2? Why a side of bread…with bread? For some reason, I chose it thinking it would be a different type of bread and I was wrong. A place that is literally named after bread has fewer choices of bread than a few years ago. Why is it so hard to add “1/2 sandwich” and they’re really all that big to cut in half anyway. Why would any restaurant want their customers thinking this way about them? Everyone just stands around staring up at the menu because it is so confusing to know how to select something. The employees are impatient and force you to rush and pick things you may not want…In the end it’s unappealing because it is lackluster and not “hot” as in fresh made and seems reheated. It’s terrible for the price and…anything !
Of course I’ll get a response like “We appreciate the comment and apologize that we didn’t meet your expectation. We will use this to train someone else who doesn’t want to work here”…like who really cares. You have 2 years and more of comments. You should be like the world’s best “souperia” and “breadopolis”, but that hasn’t happened…and I’m not really coming back to check.

Yummy lunch at Panera, the salad was really good with the apple chips and sauce flavor. The only thing I don’t like was how they added onions, but that’s okay. As for the sandwich the bread was really good and the chicken was nice and tender and not dry at all. For the heated sandwich it was nice and toasty but the sauce didn’t go well with the meat. The pizza was pretty good but it was just too oily and overwhelming for me

They ALWAYS forget something or order is made wrong. I had the girl make my sandwich 3 times (first 2 times Im pretty sure was the same dang sandwhich, just rewarmed). I didnt think to check the bag because I didnt think my entire order would be wrong. Wrong soup, then right soup. Then right salad wrong dressing. For the amount of money that is charged, yall should be getting orders right! Literally gatta take everything out and inspect every single thing before you leave the building.. ridiculous. Also, customer service is terrible! I waited a total of 5 minutes just to order a cookie! Lady stood there slicing up bread as I stood at the counter – Manager slid by without a word. I then asked the lady slicing bread if I was ganna be helped or should I ask someone else. Took her another 2-3 minutes to walk over to me, complete with an attitude, as if I was bothering her..

I probably order food from here way more than I need to lol their salads are always so delicious!!! Keep in mind if you order extra chicken it’s not the kind that originally comes on the salad. I got a fuji apple chicken salad with extra chicken and the chickens were two different kinds. The broccoli cheddar soup is my favorite. The soup does liquidfy after it gets cold so you’ll want to eat it while it’s warm and still chunky. Tried two new soups. The tomatoe soup and the corn chowder. The tomatoe soup was delicious. It honestly kind of had a marinara taste to it. The corn chowder was okay. Also tried a new tea, new for me at least. It’s the passionfruit green tea. It was a very light and refreshing addition to my meal. Definitely recommend this place. Always very friendly and professional staff. Never have to wait super long when doing curbside pick up.
