A Slice of Disappointment
This has to be one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve ever had. I’m usually not one to complain, but the absolute butchering of my pizza by the person cutting it was just unbelievable. It’s like they used a butter knife while blindfolded. I received a mangled mess of a pie with some slices being enormous, others microscopic, and some not even cut at all. It’s just a lazy way to serve a customer. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was a completely avoidable error. There’s no excuse for such a lack of care. Do better, Papa John’s.

Worst experience ever. I ordered online my pizza was 20 minutes out. Then it got re routed to door dash. Now it was 40 minutes wait. I called the store, they said it’s on way. Now an an hour. I called and asked for my pizza to remade after over an hour wait time. An hour and 45 minutes I got pizza, ice cold. The manager asked if I wanted it remade and resent? Another hour and a half? I order all the time at papa johns, you dropped the ball partnering with door dash. There is a reason people don’t order from 3rd party apps. You will lose customers, as I will not ever order again.

I ordered a large pizza from Uber Eats with 5 toppings and got sent a pepperoni. When I called papa John’s to explain the pizza I ordered isnt what I received, he rudely said “call uber not me” and hung up without giving a chance to respond. And I was very kind in my inquiry. I was more dissappinted with the service on the phone than the mistake with the pizza.
When I called Uber the driver told me that the clerk had said to him it was a 50/50 shot that i was getting the right pizza because he thinks he might have “packaged an order from Marissa in the Karissa box”.

Worse pizza & service EVER. Do you know to put sauce & cheese on a pizza? Driver was late, 20 min, which may not seem like a long time to some people, but when you pay $6 for delivery on top of an overpriced piece of crust, it adds up. Plus it was not hot, more like lukewarm. Shame on you, Paoa John’s. Or maybe congrats for having THE worse pizza in town.

Please do not order from here, I had the worst food poisoning about 4 hours after eating it. They are very dirty in there, so do not expect the ingredients to be up to date either.

Started out strong but not doing so well right now.
Today, I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with extra sauce period when I arrived at the store. I confirmed that the pizza had extra sauce because the last several times I have ordered, there has not been extra sauce thus even though I have asked for it. I was told that it had extra sauce, but when I got home, I found that that was not accurate. In addition to that, the main body of the crust is thin and dry. It tastes a bit like 1-2 day old pizza. ( And I would know, I often will have leftover). I am disappointed because I love Papa John’s pizza. I was very excited when this new location came to my city. However, the quality of their pizza has gone down since opening earlier last year. If that does not change for the better, I will start going to a different chain instead and only order from Papa John’s when I am out of town.

Horrible horrible food. Delivery was for 445pm. They made my food at 405pm and let it sit. I called the manager was very rude and said the computer was wrong. Food wasn’t fresh or hott. Never ordering food again.

Customer service is complete crap. Guy there doesn’t even look for you pizza, always says it’s a 20-30 minute wait and you can physically see it on the rack. He is very rude as well

Bryan was very polite, wonderful customer service, very pleased at his demeanor. Pepperoni pizza was excellent. ☺ I will definitely be back. And I absolutely will tell everyone of this PAPA JOHNS.
