Just went and while in the drive through a polite gentlemen started taking my order halfway through he was interrupted by the manager who cut him off and finished my order. Then proceeded to charge me for the wrong meal and couldn’t even find my order. I was the only car in line at the time. Manager needs to not micromanage especially if she can’t do it correctly. If she’d of let the guy finish what he was in the middle of it probably would have went better.

The snarky girl who made our drinks told us after we placed a mobile order that they were out of milk. They processed to tell me that I need to give more time when ordering multiple drinks on line. Maybe you should make sure you don’t run out of milk for you customers and don’t lecture me about when to order my drinks when clearly inconvenienced me with being out of milk

I love coming to this place for my morning coffee. Every time, my order is perfect. The staff is always so kind and quick. I usually use the drive-through, and it moves pretty quickly, especially during the morning rush.

This store is an absolute joke. I have placed multiple online orders in the morning during normal business hours to show up and the store be dark or employees tell me they cannot fulfill orders. Now I get to contact dunkin for a refund due to their ineptitude. The owner should have their franchise pulled. This place was thriving for 6 months after the remodel, now it’s back to the same terrible level of service its was at before.

Dunkin donuts are always good. But I personally don’t care for their coffee or breakfast/lunch foods.
This Shaler Dunkin’ is pretty terrible though. The staff are young, uninterested and inexperienced. They lack enthusiasm and attention. Plus this location never has enough donuts. Like, hello, that’s what everyone is going there for. No matter what time of day -they are always out of donuts. What they do have is never a nice variety. And they never have the seasonal specials. Management needs to adjust their supplies and/or train their staff.

This location is horrible. The mobile order function WAS convenient until they closed the lobby and now I have to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a cold coffee (even though the “walk-in” option is still available on the app). They are slow and there is A LOT of talking by employees instead of trying to get customers served. I have gotten snackin’ bacon several times that has been raw and my young daughter almost ate it. The coffee has no consistency to it – sometimes tastes like it has been there for days. Quality and service is poor and I will be using Starbucks and I am recommending others to do the same.
