If you haven’t been to Borgo, what are you waiting for? From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff is very attentive, welcoming and make you feel right at home. For me, the handmade pasta is the highlight — fresh, perfectly cooked, and paired with rich, delicious flavors in every dish. This is a fantastic spot for authentic Italian cuisine and a memorable dining experience!

The restaurant is quaint and homey. We went during a slow time (around 11:15 am) and really enjoyed the quietness of the restaurant; we could easily hear our conversation with each other. The food was exceptional. We were both so pleased with the taste and appearance of the dishes we ordered. The service was wonderful; we had Lexi as our waitress and she was friendly, helpful, and attentive. She was able to recommend the dish I enjoyed after asking my likes and dislikes. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back for more of this deliciously authentic food.

Manicotti had a sour taste, sharing a meal had a split plate upcharge of $2.50 to put one manicotti on two plates. bruschetta was very good. The margherita pizza was really good but it was more like a cheese pizza with pesto. The sourdough bread was really good as well but $6 for two pieces of bread cut in half is way over price. Friendly service but food was slow to come out. Overall food was good but not our style and way overpriced for what you get in my opinion.

We’ve only eaten here twice, however, we highly recommend this quaint, authentic Italian Restaurant. My wife has a gluten allergy and Borgo Italia has many gluten free options, especially gluten free sourdough bread (delicious). Everything ordered was absolutely delicious. The gluten free pasta carbonara was creamy and rich. The mussels are definitely a must try. Do not let this hidden gem pass you by!

The food wasn’t the greatest the ravioli was like rubber, almost like it was microwaved. The steak was rare in the middle we asked for medium rare and it was over seared and under seasoned. The potatoes were great. The crab cakes were good. Overall an ok meal at best. For the price it should have been amazing.

Excellent food made by exceptional people!
They are from Rome and very talented. They make much of their own pasta.
They are very friendly and make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. Due to cold weather, they even invited our dogs in!
I haven’t had food this good or felt like part of the family, since being in Italy 10 years ago!
These folks really take care of you and make you feel at home! If I could give them more stars, I would!!!

It’s easy to make basic Italian food at home. I’m not a huge fan of big Italian chains. This is a local place with a fantastic menu and an actual chef. I’d absolutely go back and try several other dishes. Service was fantastic and the dishes were super clean.

You can tell that the owners truly care about their customers. Everything was delicious and the service is great too. We each ordered a half salad and an entre, then split a dessert. This was more than enough food for us. Will be back and would recommend for anyone seeking authentic Italian food.

Wow! Wow! Wow! It doesn’t get much more authentic Italian than this. Food was absolutely delicious and the service top notch. The chef is from Italy was our understanding and the place is run by an Italian family. It is so hard to find places like this in more rural areas. My husband had ravioli and I had a pizza. Absolutely amazing!!! Must try and a place to keep going back to for quality food and service ❤️
