What did I like? The initial appearance of the building and the atmosphere. The inside is loud, so be mindful if you think you are going to have a nice quiet dinner.

I would caution anyone when valet drives your vehicle. They have some parking on site, the rest is across the street. We stood there waiting for our vehicle as we watched how valet drove the cars like they were in the Indy 500, fast take off and hard braking. You do not have a option to self park.

We were seated directly right next to a server station. We did place our order for burratta for our appatizer, and chicken parmaginana. Initially we forgot to tell the waiter no arugala for the burratta, as he was right next to us typing in the order to the computer. I politely asked him to not put arrugla on the burratta. Even though he was putting our order in, he threw his hands up.

The chicken parmigiana did come out, as I ordered it. But, my issue is it was a very flat piece of chicken. The sauce was good, but it did not come with any pasta at all. I have this all over the world, this is the first place that did not include it, especially at the $33.00. I did order spaghetti to go along with it as that was the fastest pasta they could have out of the kitchen. As you will see on the bill, the pasta was free, but the marinara the pasta was in was $16.00. For chicken and pasta was $49.00, is beyond ludicrous.

As we were finishing dinner, I had a medical boot that occupied my foot and half way up my leg that was very visible. As the manager was moving chairs around, he struck my boot and simply said sorry, and moved along. When he did that, my foot was under the table.

I do not ever mind paying for a good meal and great service, however they fell short on both. The pricing structure is nothing short of price gouging. Would I return to this establishment, I would be very very hard pressed to even drive on property.

We had a great dinner last night. We arrived early with no reservations and were seated right away. Service was friendly and fast, very attentive. Ambiance was very low key and nice, food was excellent. I would definitely return

Overrated expectations, but some good moments

I love Italian cuisine for its bold and rich flavors, so I was intrigued by this restaurant. The location is excellent—just across the bridge from Trump’s residence—and the interior is cozy, with two terrace areas (one for events and another for regular dining) and a central hall. However, things started going wrong…

I had reserved a table for six, but we arrived with seven adults and one child. Instead of offering us two tables or a larger one, the waiter simply added chairs, squeezing us around a small round table in a walkway. Not exactly the Italian approach to guest comfort.

The menu looked promising. The waiter tried to act like a pro, memorizing our order like they do in real Italian restaurants. However, he kept interrupting our conversation to clarify what we had ordered, and unfortunately, he also had a noticeable body odor—this affected the overall experience.

As for the food:
• Burrata – mediocre, with a bland sauce and tomatoes that were underripe and lacked sweetness.
• Fried calamari – well-cooked and delicious.
• Margherita pizza – thin crust, lots of cheese, the kids loved it!
• Mushroom and truffle risotto – tasted sour, with no trace of truffle aroma.
• Meatball pasta – completely flavorless.
• Desserts: the ice cream was good, but the crème brûlée had separated—definitely not right.
• Lemonades – excellent!

Overall, I’d rate this restaurant 3 out of 5. Maybe it was just an unlucky first experience, but I don’t see myself coming back. Wishing them the best—there’s room for improvement!

Great coffee, but a small disappointment

The coffee was excellent, just as it should be in an Italian restaurant—rich, aromatic, and well-made. However, it was served on a dirty saucer, which was an unfortunate detail that slightly took away from the experience. A small thing, but cleanliness matters.

We went to the restaurant at 6:30 on 2/21 And we’re promptly seated for our reservation what’s the option to sit either in the dining room or the patio. We chose the patio; its s bit more ambience. The service was extremely attentive, and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

Café Sapori is a gem in West Palm Beach! The food was outstanding, especially the veal Parmigiana—tender, flavorful, and perfectly prepared by Chef Fabrizio Giorgi. Beautiful atmosphere and attentive service made the evening unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Honestly very disappointed with this restaurant. The pasta was great- especially the gluten free, but if I’m paying $40 for a small dish of pasta I expect good service to come along with it. The server rarely came by and when he did he was standing at the screen to punch in our orders and didn’t even look at when he took the order. He then forgot to put one of our dishes in and then blamed us saying we never ordered it and didn’t even apologize. He then continued to say the kitchen was closed. We also waited 30 mins to be sat for our reservation.
