I stopped in to the Shepherdsville location yesterday and ordered the spicy twister wrap. After I ordered the cashier went back and made my wrap without washing her hands and did not wear any gloves, she used her handsand touched all the food. Totally unsanitary. I will not stop is this location again.

I went through the drive through and the lady had let me know they were out of extra crispy chicken so I got original. I asked for Cole slaw and Mac n cheese as my two sides and got mashed potatoes instead of Mac and cheese. The chicken seemed to have been old and very tiny pieces. The Mac and cheese was crusty and the gravy as well. I normally do not place complaints but this was horrible.

The restaurant wasn’t busy and it was nice and clean looking inside and out. Fast friendly service tonight.
I ordered an 8 piece original recipe family meal, it included 2 large sides thankfully, because the chicken I received ISN’T fit for human consumption, no way near as good as Colonel Harlan Sanders used to have in his restaurants!
The food has gradually gotten worse throughout the years and increasingly more expensive, an 8 piece family meal cost me $31.56 to carry out tonight!
They changed the coleslaw years ago and it lost its rating from myself and family, as “the best coleslaw available at a restaurant!”
Corporate decisions and corporate GREED I’m sure, buying from Sysco foods or similar more than likely. No longer making the Colonel’s slaw from scratch, and now what I received as “original recipe” is definitely NOT THE COLONEL’S “original recipe chicken!” This order was so very disgusting that I could only stomach a few bites of the chicken breast and SO BAD that I will NOT be going back to KFC AGAIN in the remaining years or days of my life! The remaining chicken will be given to my neighbor hoping maybe his dogs might eat it, I do have my doubts though!
WOW, it’s a shame that such an iconic restaurant from my childhood could take a dive as bad as they have throughout the years!

The store looks old and dirty half the time there’s no one at the counter and it takes awhile to get a order placed and when you do mediocre food is what you’re likely to get barely even warm if you order then have it delivered you can completely expect for something to be missing since it’s too much trouble to put everything you ordered in a bag

They kind of ruined it for me!! I got a 3 pc meal with slaw n mashed taters got home no slaw in its place corn ……..I don’t even like corn. Plus 2 combo meals 27. Bucks is just a lil ridiculous to me especially when they don’t even get your order straight. I won’t be going back any time soon

The food was ok but the pot pie was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. TASTE WISE GOOD BUT IT HAD HARDLY NO STUFFING. I LOOKED AS IF MABYE A HALF CUP WAS PLACED IN THE PAN WITH A LOT OF CRUST. I ordered the box and only got the potpie no cookie. I was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
