I’d give a black hole if I could. Cause a black hole is actually a dead star. In the last 3 visits, they skimp on the ALL the fillings and my shells are ALWAYS cracked. This is when I visit during the late night shift. Cause I’m a DJ and this is on the way home. Took me 15 mins to get the food. I almost forgot what I ordered. Just look at those sad tacos.

It looks like taco bell on century blvd. Is upping their customer service expectations. I had a great ordering experience with Tori/Torry. She gave great customer service. She was friendly and knowledgeable and listened well. She got my order perfect even though there were a lot of special requests and she was so kind and professional! The food today was really well made and fresh also! New management maybe??? Either way, they’re doing a great job! My expectations were surpassed today.

Last 2 experiences have been horrible. But I shouldn’t have went back after finding plastic in my burrito that cut my mouth. SMH. Tried again and got a burrito supreme meal to only get a tiny bit of meat and cheese and NOTHING else. SMH. I give up giving this place tries and costumer service is shit. This location ruined it for me.

Giovanni who is a manager surprisingly was very rude after my order was made wrong twice, then told me I was wrong he watched then nake the food but he lied, even though I know the difference between creamy jalapeño sauce and nacho cheese as im also over 3 months pregnant and have the nose of a blood hound but the color is also very different. If I could post a Pic of this depressing and horrible incident I would to show the food I was given and told I was wrong amd they added some lettuce to it and his crew did their job when they didnt plus he was in the rest room at the time of incident since my husband was inside while I went threw the drive thru. This place needs better managers who hold everyone to the up most respect of what taco bell is supposed to represent!!!

First of all I waited 30 minutes or more for my order told them many times what I ordered and it was still wrong and the portions what a joke Barely any meat in my tacos way over priced

First off the customer service was very much lacking. The first drive thru window is unmanned and no sign indicating to go to 2nd window.
They didn’t have the empanadas and the nacho fries tasted like they had been sitting out for 3 days. If not for the nacho cheese my burrito would have been cold as well and a total loss. Not going back to this location ever!
If you hate your job so much then leave!
