* UPDATE / Still no help with management or staff to resolve dental damage. They use a Kelly Grommes to handle claims, but good luck ever getting a call back. After months & months I still have no claim number..lol / Absolute horrible experience. I purchased 3 steak tacos on flour tortillas. I ended up with a huge chicken chard and it shattered my bottom tooth in the store. Worst pain I have ever felt. Worst headache ever. The manager said he prepared the food that morning & and it must have slipped he said.. Reached out to corporate with bills and pictures with report. With zero response I paid my own dentist bill. Do not eat here, I imagine there will be worse outcome than this. * To add I finally got a response today only with a threatening outlook moving forward. I may have to come with a civil lawsuit with paid attorney…

1st time there today for breakfast.. I do not know why I waited so long to try this place. Delicious, huge, great value. I will definitely be back and pass place onto coworkers and friends. Can’t wait to try more of their items. My husband will love this place.

The service interaction was lacking. While the staff was functional, I didn’t get a warm or welcoming vibe from them. There were also communication issues when ordering my burrito, leading to several mistakes that left me disappointed with the final product. The portion sizes were generous, but the execution just wasn’t there.
With so many other Mexican food options in the area—places we’ve visited for years with consistently great service and food—I can’t see myself returning. The food may be good, but when I don’t feel welcome as a customer, it overshadows everything else. Unfortunately, I can’t give Mesquite Mexican Grill my recommendation.

Used to love this place. However, the portions have gotten so small it’s no longer worth the price and borderline false advertising by calling their burritos and bowls “packed”. I guess the company is trying to save money so I guess I’m gonna have to quit going.

It took them five minutes to come from the back and then when they came to the front to ask for my order, the lady was rude. The other lady was rude. Also, they was talking in Spanish tdidn’t think I understood but anyway after being so rude I decided to just leave and go to backyard. This place was pretty good. They’re not the best beans on the planet earth, but they are very good. The tortillas we’re really good. The mild salsa will put you in a diaper for a week. So, I cannot imagine what the hot salsa would do. Very friendly staff! The food had very fresh ingredients, and the place was spotless inside.

I’m not a fan of posting 3/5 Star Reviews. Even so, I must provide a transparent review when considering the food quality and today’s experience. The meat had been a little cold (not warm at all) and the tacos lacked flavor. Perhaps, more green sauce would’ve been beneficial for enhancing flavor. The beans and rice tasted soggy-like and plain. Gloomily enough, my favorite item that I ordered had been the churro chips. To add, the customer service had been good. In short, I would recommend this Mesquite Fresh Street Mex restaurant if other Mexican food restaurants are too busy. Today, this specified restaurant didn’t have a line (when I visited).
