Had Britney as our waitress and she did a great job and always was right on time to get us more to drink and would keep checking on us till we left! And the food was great and came out hot! And everything came just as we ordered it as well!! All in all very happy with how everything went and will definitely be back! Keep up the good work and keep the good food coming!! If you have the time stop by and give them a try this hh has been here for a long time and has that classic feel to it! Hopefully everyone has the same experience i did!

Best place in town. I always love coming to this Huddle House. They have the best staff for miles around. Our server was delightful, friendly, helpful, fast, well put together and just incredible. The food was exceptional and delicious. It arrived at the table so quick and was exceptional and delicious. What a fantastic experience. The whole restaurant was so clean, well organized and smelled amazing. All of these wonderful qualities makes this place so cozy, comfortable and family friendly.

Hands down the best Huddle House I’ve ever visited! The Sylvania team is incredible from the waitstaff to the cooks, everyone was warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure my wife, kid, and I had a fantastic meal. I’m not sure what their current pay is, but they absolutely deserve a raise for this level of service!

Brittany and Kevin, On Friday afternoon December 6, 2025 . My granddaughter ( Genesis ) and I received the best service from Brittany and Kevin anyone can ever receive at a five star restaurant. The meal my granddaughter ordered was prepared just right. PERFECT!

On a road trip home from Ft Lauderdale, we stopped at Huddle House for breakfast. Our service was stellar and the food was good. My over easy eggs were cooked perfectly. I had a special that was $5.99 including my drink and our server even fixed me a to-go drink.

20 Dec ‘25 1220 pm. Online order to go. Smash burger, fries, sweet tea. Simple. Arrive a few minutes before time and sit at counter. Guy at grill working hard. Told girl that I had an online order. She proceeded to count a fat stack of ones. Watched the guy on grill put my order together and another person put it in a bag. So it’s sitting there. Told girl with fat stack of ones that my order was sitting there and ask her if she’d give it to me. She did. Then I had to ask her for my tea, mustard, and mayo. Finally got all my order and left. The glass doors and floors were filthy. The food was good.

I visited the Huddle House yesterday, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. When I first walked in, no one acknowledged me for at least 5–10 minutes. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you”—nothing. When someone finally did speak to me, the server simply asked what I needed. I explained that I had placed a mobile order and that I also had a voucher for a buy-one-get-one breakfast, and I was there to pick everything up.
Instead of assisting me, the server yelled across the restaurant to another waitress, “Your mobile order is here.” I walked over to where she was, only to see that my online order—already paid for—had been sitting there, but no one had bothered to give it to me. When I mentioned my voucher, I was ignored again for another 10 minutes. Still no food, still no acknowledgment, even while they continued serving other customers who arrived after me.
Another 10 minutes passed before the server finally came back and put in the second order for my voucher. Even then, they still didn’t give me the food I had paid for online. When the second order was finally ready—and after all the confusion with the voucher—I discovered that both meals were cold, including the one I had paid for online that had been sitting there the entire time.
The employee couldn’t get the voucher to work and brought over the manager, who then told me I had to pay $11.05 for the food. I tried explaining again that I had already paid online for one order and the voucher covered the second, but she insisted I had to pay for both meals in-store, completely ignoring the fact that one was already paid for.
By the end of the visit, I had been ignored multiple times, treated as an inconvenience, handed cold food, and told to pay again for something I already paid for online. The lack of customer service, communication, and understanding of their own mobile ordering and voucher system made this visit incredibly frustrating.
