We waited over 20 minutes for our drive-through order and were asked to pull to the side because it would “be out in a minute.” After continuing to wait, we went inside to check on our order and found the staff standing around talking about what they received for Christmas. When my husband asked about our food, they said they didn’t know which car the order belonged to. This was extremely frustrating and shows a lack of organization and customer care. Management and ownership need to do better with training and accountability. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. This experience was unacceptable.

Wow.. I am fine if KFC goes out of business now. This has to be the worst chicken place now. I ate there yesterday (1/5/26) and was the worst food I’ve had in a long time- felt nauseous after eating there. Krystal’s is even better and that’s not saying much.

I frequently use the drive-thru & tonight I thought why not leave a great review. Tonight’s 2 piece dark was excellent. The young lady at the window was excellent…if I have a complaint it has to do with their sandwich…this store puts way too much mayonnaise or sauce on it. Otherwise the Clearwater store is my go-to!

1) An unknown red object was found underneath one of the 2pc white breasts that I ordered. 2) The biscuits were probably fresh when they first opened this am, not to mention undersized & 3) The breast in the other meal was expired/old/tough.. running out of adjectives. Not used to negative experiences at this location. Makes sense why no receipt was handed to me. No paper trail for complaints… This was the wrong day & DEFINITELY the wrong shift to show up for a KFC fix!!!

Store manager is as rude as can be. Placed a pick up order at 4. Came to pick up at 445. They closed at 430 on Xmas eve which is fine but when we came to pick up food and asked what do about food or a refund we were basically told figure it out by her. Called customer service for a refund and still nothing.

Order was delivered quickly. I made a special request and they honored it. I had the chicken sandwich and the chicken was fantastic and there was a lot of chicken between those buns. Friendly service. I recommend this KFC!

Rude customer service. I told the lady the fruit punch was lighter than normal. She said well that’s fruit punch. I get home my husband tasted it. It tasted like carbonated water. Tried to call but the line only gave a busy signal.
