I forgot our waitress name but she was so sweet! We came for the Christmas Day buffet and everything was delicious. Much better than the Virgin River Casino and about the same level of quality as Casablanca’s buffet. But the waitress here was much nicer.
The lady who was running the cash register could use some freshening up on her customer service skills. She was literally a mute whenever I said thank you, happy holidays and seemed extremely bothered when I asked her for another set of silverware. She was the one running the non-vip cash register. So I took away a star for that. Otherwise, a great dinner with my family.

We were seated right away in a comfortable booth. The Carnitas Omelet was absolutely delicious! I had rye toast with mine and my husband had a grilled biscuit with his. Both were better than average. Our server, Emily, was attentive and thoughtful. It was wonderful to receive service from someone who obviously cared about her diners. She definitely deserves a promotion with the excellent service and professionalism she exhibited. I have been in the restaurant business since 1990, and know that Emily is a rare gem. Thanks for the great experience!

I had a fantastic girls’ night with my kids at Mason Street around 5 pm Our server, Ray, was exceptional – friendly, smiling, and efficient. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented in mini pans lined with newspaper-style paper, adding to the charm. I enjoyed a tasty chicken Alfredo and incredibly delicious Carne Asada fries, along with a yummy cheeseburger and chicken quesadillas reminiscent of chicken fajitas. For dessert, we savored a brownie skillet and a cookie skillet, both topped with ice cream. Although the bill was nearly $100, the quality and quantity were well worth it for four people, and we even had leftovers to take home. The restaurant is always spotless, with tables spaced nicely apart, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Mason Street never disappoints, and we will definitely return!”

The atmosphere was really nice and i liked that the smoke smell was not as strong. The food was ok nothing to write home about and it took forever to get it. Our server was really nice though, maybe they were just having an off night!

Inside the Eureka Casino. Good, clean spot for grabbing food while staying overnight in the rv outside the casino. Very generous portions of food. Steak and baked potato were cooked well and had good flavor. Food was tasty but chicken a little dry. Comfortable seating, good specials, and great service.

My family and I frequent the mason street grill often, probably too often. Maggie is the most terrible server. Every time is not great with her but the last 2 times we’ve been have been especially terrible. She brought a whole table full of burgers and fries with zero condiments. We finally after 10 minutes and dry cold food my husband went into the kitchen to ask for ketchup. The smash burgers were frozen cheap Patty’s not the usual fresh meat that is for the smash burger and a half portion of fries. Never came back to do refills. It was not that busy and she was terrible. Next trip, same terrible service and the burger was completely different and not as good as normal. I was charged $10 for a crumbled plate of bacon that was about to be thrown away as the buffet was ending. The busses had to bring us some waters because Maggie never came back. She sucks. I will never let her serve me again. We return to eat here because the food is always good, but lately there has been a change. Hope you try to fix it. Included is my photo of $10 garbage bacon.

The food was horrible, none of my family was satisfied. The meat was undercooked, they put too much sauce on the chicken, and the pizza tasted like soap. We waited forever for our to find it mostly cold. The atmosphere was nice, had company seats. Our waiter only checked on us once or twice. Would not recommend.

I’ve been here a couple times, it’s never been memorable. We all looked at the buffet and decided it looked good. I think we were just hungry. It was Thursday, Asian night. The Orange Chicken was good, especially when it was just put out so it was crispy and fresh. The sesame chicken was okay. The rice was both over cooked and undercooked with a mixture of crunchy and mush. Yuck. The chow mien was just sad. Like chicken noodles without the soup. The wontons had great potential but we’re severely over cooked. My family said the shrimp was super dry and seemed like it had been sitting there for ages. I tried the pumpkin pie for dessert. It was really weird and gelatinous. I didn’t end up eating it.
We only saw our server once. The restaurant was practically empty. We never got drink refills or had our empty plates taken away. Upon paying we mentioned this to the lady at the check out and it seemed many people had this issue with the server and he had been reprimanded for it more than once . . . Might be time to let him go.

The food was pretty okay, it wasn’t my favorite. It was a lot of food for what you pay, but the flavor just isn’t worth it. The meatball soup taste like it was just out of a can. The salsa was weird in general, it was like it was straight Tabasco with tomatoes and onion added into it. The service was pretty okay, the waitress came to the table only to take our order, bring our food, and give us the check. She didn’t come check on us once. The toast looked really buttery and delicious and it had no buttery flavor it is just plain bread that is toasted.
