I had such a good time here. The crab cakes were so good, seasoned perfectly and cooked just right. You can tell they’re fresh. I got them with a salad and that was honestly just as good. Everything tasted fresh and balanced, nothing felt thrown together.

I had champagne and really enjoyed it, and the DJ was playing good music all night. The vibe was just right. It felt fun but still relaxed enough to actually enjoy your food and conversation.

And I have to say… Tiva is the BEST. Like truly. From the moment I walked in, she made sure I was taken care of the entire time. Super attentive, warm, and on top of everything without being overbearing. You can tell she actually cares about people having a good experience. She made the night feel easy and smooth. If you go, I hope she’s there because she really sets the tone.

Definitely coming back.

As someone that loves to support businesses and the environment. I have to give one star. I waited 20 mins to order shots and then my friend came to join the group to be forced to pay before see receive her food. I have never been to a place regardless of a time limit that you are spending money that you have to pay before getting products. I’m a firm believer that you never know who is sitting in your presence. As lawyers , and more at the table it was a turn off.

Teranga has always been one of my favs, I love the energy and my server Lina was great. I was greeted by Tiva with great energy, she’s literally the cutest and her outfits are always on point. Great, friendly security. I will be coming here every weekend.

Listen. I love Teranga City and I was ecstatic to hear that they opened another location. I went on 9/14/25 and the parking attendant Yusuph was so helpful. Give that young man a raise. His customer service is really good. We were greeted by the hose Milli (Milly?) and she was so attentive and on time. Bri (maybe Bree?) was our server and she was sweet as pie and so attentive? The bottomless mimosas were fire and them lamb
chops and that sauce???? Fire. The manager was so helpful when I left my keys there. He had them and I was ready to PANIC so shout Out to them seriously.

Yall have a forever customer in me and I mean that.

First time at this location and it was a fun experience. Happy Hour was great! The menu selections were good. The food was very good, flavorful, and fresh especially the veggies. The mash potatoes tasted homemade. The waitress was funny but she did her thang. Music was a little loud but I would definitely go again.

First time here , 2 weeks ago on a Sunday after Thanksgiving and the vibe was nice. The food was good and so was the drinks and hookah. The happy house has a great selection and the music was good. We parked across the street in a paid self parking lot for $10, the main lot was $20. We ordered the happy hour wings and margaritas and those margaritas were soooo good! You can’t tell they were happy hour drinks. Our waitress was nice and friendly. 4 stars for parking and bottled water that was $5. Other than that this is nice cool vibe and I will return.

The food was ok, you cant really go wrong with wings. But the drink specials you cant beat during happy hour its worth the little drive. I went on what i thought was a slow night but by the time I got inside the placed was packed on a Tuesday at 7pm, which made service slower. The music was a good vibe and the environment was nice. I was suprised when parking was $10 and at the time the lot was empty but I guess this is Atlanta you always pay to park. I will definitely go back for those Happy Hour drinks!

I wanted to support Teranga City’s new Brookhaven location since I’ve been a loyal patron of their Buckhead spot. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated at the door.

The security guard refused me entry because of my top—a simple backless tank that was not inappropriate in any way. I was presentable, ready to spend money, and simply enjoying a night out in my own neighborhood. Instead, I was singled out in a way that felt blatantly homophobic.

I completely understand enforcing a dress code if someone looks sloppy or unkempt. But queer people exist, and we don’t all dress like the same “YN crowd” Teranga is known for. My outfit was clean, stylish, and nowhere near offensive. To act as though my shoulders were an issue while serious safety incidents have previously occurred at Teranga City is not only ironic, it’s insulting.

This experience left me feeling disrespected, excluded, and unwelcome in a space I had every right to enjoy. Hiding behind “we reserve the right to refuse service” doesn’t make it okay—especially when that phrase has historically been used to justify discrimination.

Unless Teranga City can clarify what exactly was “wrong” with my outfit (without leaning into homophobia), I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this location to my LGBTQIA+ community & allies
