Sourdough & Co. Delicatessen in Ukiah is a great place to grab lunch, it’s right in the middle of over there and somewhere else. So..the next time you’re hankering for a Slim Pickit Jimminey Doo slide on in and snag one for yourself like I did…and tell um to put a little horseradish in the mix like they do in Boonville! 5 stars without even trying! ☆☆☆☆☆

I ordered a peppered turkey sandwich on sourdough. The bread and turkey were amazing! I added bacon to my sandwich, and the price on the marque menu board showed $1.50, but I was charged $2.50. I mentioned this to the cashier but was told prices increased. Also, when ordering, I asked specifically for BLACK olives but was given some sort of marinated Greek olives, which I did not like. I was also charged extra for those olives. I again brought this issue to the person who rang me up. They apologized but did not offer a refund for their mistake.
My take a way…. A little more training of employees is needed. I should have been offered a refund and management needs to make sure the prices shown on their menus match the prices charged.

My husband and BIL ordered the Smoked Brisket and I ordered a French Dip. My 4 kids had the Mac’n’Cheese Kids Meal (comes with an applesauce & either milk, chocolate milk, or juice). The guys liked the smoked brisket; kids loved the Mac’n’Cheese. I really enjoyed the French Dip; it was a bit different from others I’ve had in that it had a smear of what appeared to be pimento cheese – different, but SO tasty!
There isn’t a lot of room for large parties as it’s a small restaurant. It is VERY clean, and the quality of ingredients is superb.

It was $50 for lunch with my son. We ordered a wrap, salad, and sandwich combo. Wrap was toasted, which I told them I wanted it cold. My son’s sandwich was also supposed to be cold, and they toasted it. I definitely won’t be back.

Kinda like Quiznos, but better.
I swung by this restaurant because it was new in town. It’s reminiscent of the Quiznos sandwich place that closed down across town. They specialize in hot sandwiches and have soups and lots of bread options.
I got a couple hot sandwiches to go and some clam chowder. the Food was excellent. It took a little while to get the food, but I think that might just be the newness. There was also a pretty substantial line.
Customer service was great, the folks behind the counter were very personable.
The place seems like a secret, I haven’t heard anybody talk about, which for a small town is unusual.
I can’t wait to go back.

Broke a tooth on the bacon bits in the salad. Like little rocks… The house spread tasted like it had fish in it. Not good on any of the sandwiches. The bread was very underwhelming. Had a french dip and cobb salad and tossed them both. Go ANYWHERE else.

Overall solid sandwich, it was the brisket. Ordered online and when I came to pick up the sandwich, all of the employees were busy.
Was not sure if I should dig through the pile of sandwiches or just wait, but I just waited.. and waited. Finally someone came over to ring up someone else and finally asked me if they could help. Also got the text that it was done at least 10 minutes after the food was ready.
Just think a better system for customers to pick up their food would be good, the employees here seemed very busy and I didn’t want bother them but also I would like to eat. Overall a good impression though and I would (and will) eat here again.

I haven’t been here since last year. last year the food and service was amazing. This year…my boyfriend and I went in a few days ago and the service was horrible. The workers were rude. Totally different atmosphere. Food was okay but sandwich was burnt. Trying to call in our order was ridiculous, we finally gave up and just went in and were there over 20 minutes before we finally got our food. A family friend just went down there today to order food. He walked in, one person was behind the counter on his phone and the other two were in the kitchen. He stood there for 10 minutes while being totally ignored and finally walked out. Really unfortunate for the store because This person had an order for four people.

We have never been to this sourdough sandwich shop.
The two guys working where on there phones . Because evertime the qou k d be looking at me but what was being said was not making since. Until we decided to eat in.
Let me go back a step or two.
One of the guys grabbed the trash bag that was full .
He takes it out when returned I was waking he was patting himself down.
without washing giant hands when he returned. He just grabbed new glove and just started putting them on and as soon as they where on his hands wt into his pockets. Then the bell we off for the warming he grabs it out of the oven with the gloves he just contaminated them. And throwing my bread on workstation that is.
Bathroom floors where sticky that tells me ʻfirst thing fisrt bathroom floor was sticky.
That tell me they use same mop bucket and mop in the kitchen and bathroom witch is against the law.
