They don’t have online ordering. First and last time going to this Dairy Queen. Places like this suck for small towns that dont have many options to eat out. Was the only customer and had to wait a while for my food (not mad about the wait). Good quality was at the top list of TERRIBLE!! They threw a big steak sandwich and onion rings on top of my tacos (which weren’t even in a box). They were smashed and the meat tasted like it had been leftovers for a couple of days and was burnt a few times in the process. Onion rings were cold and let’s just say the dog got a chance to enjoy the steak sandwich. Food given to a customer is represented by all employees on shift. Yall should be ashamed to send food out like that! Make it like u would want ur own food made.

For this being the only Dairy Queen on Hwy 80, the service is extremely poor! The older lady with the glasses acts like she does not care about service or about the quality of the ice cream she serves to her customer. My wife’s blizzard was dripping over. I had to ask her to clean it off with a napkin. If my son didn’t have a blow out in the back seat, and if there weren’t 4 cars behind me, I would’ve had her remake it. But this is just poor quality and poor service. And this isn’t the first time either. I will not be eating here again. Do better!!

I liked the retro feel look of the restaurant. Service was good. For dq food, I’ve had better.. they put olives and onions on the deluxe nacho, I wasn’t aware it went on that!
Add On Recent: I went to order an Oreo blizzard cake. I picked up and the icing wasn’t the same as it used to be. Usually it’s whipped and is was buttercream:( which is way too sweet. Also the icing writing didn’t look nice, this was the worst birthday ice cream I’ve ever ordered. It BARELY had Oreo blizzard in it.. we order dq ice cream cakes 2x a year. And I hated wasting money here and it not being up to how it usually is. I’m Posting past ice cream cakes we’ve received from other dq locations vs the one we picked up from here. (You can definitely recognize which cake was sloppy) I am so unhappy about this.
Update 7/2/25: Just everyone knows Lobby Closes at 9, but drive thru closes at 9:30.

The largest DQ with the best service, fresh food, friendly staff. Lisa and the others treat you right! Play place for the kids, too. And to top it off: hamburgers were 1/2 price on Mondays! Yeehaw!!

We won’t be back here again. Girl was mopping when we were trying to eat our ice cream 2 hours before they closed. I couldnt taste icecream, only floor cleaner. I’m allergic to tomatoes and was informed after I bit into hamburger that they didn’t change gloves because no one told them of my allergies. Told lady at counter but she didnt tell cooks. They brought me another one but i was already exposed since the same person made my mothers with tomatoes before they made mine.Im sitting here with my epi-pen seeing if im going to have to use it. My life isnt important to these people apparently.My mother had bad reaction to smell that affected her breathing. Never again. Will be reporting them to health department for both issues.

This Dairy Queen used to have excellent food but whoever is cooking now has no cooking skill or pride in what they serve. I got a burger without veggies and this is what I got. Gave them another chance with steak finger basket and the fries were hard and not cooked!

The restaurant is clean, has a play area for kids and some video games. My food was fine and the service was fine. My 1 star is a result of economics. A HB jr. w/cheese combo meal now totals $8.53, and it fits in my fingers. This is how Dairy Queen et. al. are coping with the increase in minimum wage (less product, higher price, fewer deals). But more pay doesn’t translate directly to increased performance.
