Got the chicken strips and seasoned waffle fries. The chicken was moist and cooked well, but the flavor wasn’t my favorite. The seasoned waffle fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! Definitely the highlight of the meal.

Probably best not to get anything here to go because when I finally opened it up at home, my Fry bread Taco has a few pieces of one cut up nugget, barely any lettuce, LESS THAN A HANDFUL and less than half of a tomato. Its like dog scraps. I requested a side of ranch and dumped it on the food, but it’s basically all fry bread and ranch and less of everything.

My wife and I went to Wing City last evening to celebrate our birthdays, and while things didn’t start perfectly, the night definitely turned around. After being seated, we ended up waiting about 15 minutes without any service. Eventually, I asked a host for help—only to find out he was actually the owner. As soon as he realized that we hadn’t been taken care of yet, he stepped in immediately.
He personally made sure everything got back on track, comped our appetizer, and even gave us happy hour beer pricing despite it not being happy hour. Seeing the owner take charge and serve us drinks himself, went a long way in making up for the initial bump.
Once our server took over, the service was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and on point. And the wings? Absolutely phenomenal. Seriously some of the best we’ve had.
What started with a communication slip ended with standout customer service and great food. For a birthday dinner, Wing City ultimately delivered, and we’ll definitely be back.

This place is a must stop for anyone in the area and I’ll take it a step farther.its worth the drive! I was passing through and heard about it. Homemade sauces set them apart but so does the overall food quality. Fresh patties burger and hand bread chicken? I ate there twice during my stay! Well for sure be back!!!!

You would think a place named “Wings City” would provide you wings, unfortunately that was not the case with my latest (and last) visit to this establishment. My good friends and I were here for well over an hour and I never received my entire 14 boneless wings order. A good portion of the friend group can say the same for their sides never being retrieved. The orders did not come out wrong, they simply just never came out at all. Our waiter acted sorry but then would scramble to the back room and not be seen for the last 40 minutes we stayed. One of my friends was eating ice cubes just to get in his water intake since a refill never became an option. The saddest part is they still expected a payment for the side of fries (without ranch) and the coke I got without my entire entree or chips & salsa, something half the table lacked. If this place cared about its business it would have a manager around watching and making sure things were in order. Well I was told she only showed face after being requested and I had left thinking I wouldn’t be paying for my other items. The management of this place will cause it to only last a short time longer, which is sad because the food used to be very good and its in a really cool remodeled building. The only part I hate about this review is that I have the give this place a higher star than deserved. I hope people see this review before they take their beautiful families through those haunted doors.

Honestly if Wings are in the name of the restaurant you should probably know how to cook them so they aren’t tough to chew. And fries that have some kind of crispness to them. Not really a present experience.

Terrific! Clean, friendly and delicious wings! Try their signature sauces. Our waitress was wonderful and the owner came and talked to us. This is soooo much better than the Tavern Grill. I would go back in a heartbeat.

If I was able to give this place 0 stars for everything I would. My friends and I had the worst dining experience humanly possible the other night. I am usually a very lenient and understanding person when it comes to food service, but we were treated so poorly I needed to make a statement about it. Me and 6 of my friends came for food and drinks, but unfortunately one of my friends never did get his wings and the rest of us were missing our sides. (Total items missing: 3 chips and salsas, 2 fries, 1 garlic aioli fries, and a whole order of 14 boneless wings). We made our server aware, he said he would get the missing items out to us, and it just never happened. 30-40 minutes went by before he stopped by our table the next time. He then came around with the credit card reader to make us pay, and deservedly skipped over my friend who never did get his wings. So my friend then left, and about 20 minutes later the server came back to our table and said we need to step up and pay for the coke and side of fries that my friend got (he didn’t eat the fries because he was waiting to eat them with his wings, which he never got.) We were in a deep state of shock and obviously refused and requested that the manager come out. She then came out and acted like she was doing us this nice gesture by coming out to “make sure everything was going okay” even though it was us who requested her. Not only does this place have lackluster food, but the service is downright atrocious and laughable. I do not recommend Wing City.

Service was great! Servers have great attention to detail. They have bratwurst and all beef hotdogs, and you can build your own burger bratwurst or dog. The fried Brussel sprout side is awesome. My bartender was very attentive asking if I needed a refill before I was empty. The owner was going table to table getting feedback. I will definitely be back with my wife.
