Sonic in general has the most aggressive onions in the industry and when they don’t listen and put them on my burger it’s a big deal because its a task to pick all the tiny diced pieces out of the melted cheese. And after you pick them out it’s all you smell.. sonic corporate “tone down your onions” so I don’t have to toss my burger because the 3 onion slivers that made it on flavor stained the burger.. this picture is what my whole house smells like

Two really bad and disappointing visits here recently. Ordered online and waited 20 minutes for our order— while 4 of 5 staff members were busy closing/cleaning. All the ice cream sat and was melted. Second visit today was equally disappointing. Ordered a variety of shakes and sundaes and was charged almost $6 each for 2 plain soft serves. When we inquired why it was so much the manager was super rude. We won’t come back.

I placed an order ahead order. I sat in the pick up area for 30 minutes then I finally decided to Go to the drive-through To ask about my order. Which then they told me oh because you ordered several orders, we don’t know if it was you. But They knew it was me when I pulled up to the window?? Ordered a Breakfast Burrito in the Drive-Up, was served the most laziest rolled tortilla that I have ever seen. Apparently the staff making the food here needs some further training on proper execution of Menu Items. Burritos are rolled in a way that both ends are closed preventing food from falling out, what I was served was an oversized Breakfast Soft-Taco where almost half of it fell out when I unwrapped the foil.

They tried to charge 0.79 cents for a water. A bit ridiculous. Have some respect for the store that you run and your customers who keep you running. McDonalds doesn’t even charge for tap water. Not the employees fault but the owners need to have a look at themselves.
quality has gone down, prices, and just general nickel and diming pricing has taken over. Just a terrible sonic

I ordered a Reece’s Peanut Butter cup blast and when I got it, it was Peanut Butter flavored blast. I told them what I ordered so instead of remaking it correctly, they just added Reece’s Cups to the current blast. I asked them to remake it because I wanted vanilla ice cream with Reece’s cups, the lady took it with an attitude and threw it away. She remade this ridiculous blast, it’s all ice cream with about a 1/2 scoop of Reece’s. Also it’s not even made to the top of the cup. I just took because had a 2 yr old with me fussing and I couldn’t deal with the constants mistakes. No telling what attitude I would have gotten or would have done if I asked them to add more candy.

Shakes were watery liquid, order took 20min to get 3 shakes. This place will be the next to close down. No idea how it stays in business. Wont waste my time here again

Lights were turned out while we were in the drive thru an hour and 10 minutes before the closing time listed. My burger was barely above room temp same with the tots. I was coming off a really extended flight, so I was really wanting some good hot food. Massively disappointed. Person taking order and giving food seemed disinterested in the work
