Terrible food today. I watched them in the store calling out orders of overly shrunken/shriveled up very dark chicken but then picked up my order and of course it was just as bad. Yuk. It was a decent price though

Placed an online order for over $40 and all of the food was old, cold and tasted like old grease. They didnt give us our large side of Mac and cheese and when we called they told us theres nothing they can do and that we have to call their 1800 customer service line. They refused to at least give us our missing food. The manager had no accountability, didnt offer an apology or anything just stated that the food was probably old and they couldn’t do anything about it. We called the 1800 number and spent almost 20 minutes on the phone between two people only to be offered a partial refund of $17 on a $40+ order where none of the food is edible. Of course we said this is unacceptable so now we have to sit and hopefully get a phone call from someone else to get a full refund. Ridiculous to say the least.

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced at a Kentucky fried Chicken location. I ordered two simple items on the app. I got to the store 5 minutes later. I proceeded to wait in the store 20 minutes. I then went and asked about my order. They said it’ll be another 14 minutes for pot pies. then they told me they weren’t sure if they could refund my order after I said I don’t have time to wait 35 minutes for a pot pie.

Y’all wild! A brand new chicken restaurant across the street and y’all serve undercooked chicken?! To your left a chicken restaurant and across the street a New one and y’all were dead because everyone was across the street, I go to my usual spot (KFC) and give me chicken that has breading that’s still white, slimy and rubbery skin!!! The KFC on cedar has never done that, I never got that from the place up the block from you. Sanders would be ashamed of y’all SMH… horrible. That’s the skin and breading below…that looked cooked to you? Stupid question cause obviously you do cause you gave it to me SMH.

This is the 2nd time I’ve gone through the drive thru and they dont listen to what you order i called in to let them know the lady was very rude and disrespectful wouldnt even say im sorry I asked for her name she wouldnt give it to me im sure knowing she could get in trouble for acting the way she did which should be written up and someone should follow up with this store I did contact customer service they took care of the problem which the heath store was no help wont be back and you shouldn’t go here either

Today, Saturday, May 31, 2025, I phoned a large order to KFC for takeout from the Heath, Ohio, location. The order was $76.78.
I had called Friday evening inquiring as to how early I needed to call to get an order by 12:00 (Noon),
I was told that even though they didn’t open until 11:00, the staff was there early and would answer the phone.
I called at 8:00, Sara answered and took my order. Sara said the order would be ready by 11:00.
Sara was very sweet and friendly.
When we picked up the order, which was ready, at 11:00, the staff were also friendly.
When we unpacked the bags at home, long story short, the order was perfect, sauces, and everything.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

This place is typically OK when it comes to ordering chicken today we went through the drive-through to pick up an online order that we had when we did we got home and everything seemed to be fine but inside of our tenders box there was several used Reesie cup wrappers that were balled up and in our box of tenders I called for clarification on why there would be or if there’s anything that they could do about it seeing as it is trash in our food the woman on the phone Colleen denied that it could Have happened insisted it was somebody from DoorDash, even though we picked it up through the window and treated us as if we were crazy. I would suggest checking your food at the window to make sure this doesn’t happen to you. This Will be the last time we go there I will make the extra trip to go to a further destination if we want KFC they have lost my business with the way they had treated us today.

Every time I order they always say they’re running out of chicken.. and at the same time it always looks like it’s been in the warmer forever. So no one is confused, the pic is supposed to be crispy NOT original. That’s awful dark for white meat crispy.

Went and got 2 of the new crispy chicken sandwiches, at the window we asked if they could add on a side of fries because we forgot them and we were told we had to go back through the drive-thru and reorder because they were too busy when there was only two cars behind us and nobody at the speaker. one sandwich was still pink on the inside, and the other had some kind of hair or fuzz cooked into the breading. when we called and took the food back Becca was snobby and rude to us, all because we used to work there almost over a year ago. just because we quit working there doesn’t mean we’re not still customers when we’re going to buy food and giving you our money. ridiculous.
