We stopped at Hardee’s for lunch. That was a mistake. The woman who took my order had an attitude and couldn’t hear me. I asked for the Frisco blt burger and did they have anything else for sides. Just fries. She asked if I wanted the combo. Yes, the only reason I wanted it was to try the cherry lemonade. She handed me a drink cup. I looked at the soda machine and asked where the cherry lemonade was. She didn’t hear me and didn’t charge me for it. Why should it be more than the other drinks? I was in the process of getting sweet tea when my friend handed me the cherry lemonade that another coworker gave to me. The sandwich didn’t look anything like the picture. It was just a hamburger on toasted bread with white cheese and one tomato and two pieces of bacon. No lettuce. Nothing special about that. The app shows the cherry lemonade as a drink with it. It certainly wasn’t worth paying $13 for. I expected a round sourdough bread and something more that resembled an actual hamburger. I have no problems with getting breakfast here, but I’ll go to the 15th street for lunch from now on.

1/2/26 9pm. The older lady at the counter with dreads and glasses needs to find something else to do! The nastiest attitude ever! She was so nasty, I cant even find the right words to say! Had a super long day and was excited a Hardees was near by and this was the treatment we got for no reason at all! Shame on you HARDEES!! You know she is like this but yet you allow her to run your business!

Ms. Brenda and Ms. O have been serving us up a delicious breakfast for decades. They were both there this morning, early for the University of Alabama homecoming crowd. You can’t beat those Hardee’s biscuits. Order them “dark brown” for a real treat. They are kept in the oven a little longer and I’m telling you, it makes a wonderful difference. Takes me back to so many memories enjoying those biscuits throughout my life. They haven’t changed. The biscuits nor Ms. Brenda nor Ms. O. There isn’t another fast food restaurant in town with that consistency. It is always a pleasure to dine there.

I can’t stand ordering and being charged for a beyond sausage and getting to work and seeing that it’s a regular sausage biscuit. I don’t understand why you repeat the order back to me if you’re going to give me the wrong thing? And what’s the solution besides you STEALING my money? I can’t eat the animal? If I call and ask for a refund would you even do it? Most likely not. And I can’t leave work to get you to fix the mistake YOU made. Please be more attentive with the beyond orders. It’s already more expensive. Not to mention, if I did eat animal meat, this is charred beyond being edible.

This is by far the best fast food restaurant in the area. Not only because the food is always fresh but the staff is awesome. Always smiling and kind. They say thank you and actually make you feel like you spent your money wisely. I’ve never had a bad experience here because the ladies running the drive thru make sure their customers leave happy. 10 stars

Well, to be honest.. Hardee’s usually be pretty good, but today, at this location, I went for breakfast, and it was too early for cold food. My steak biscuits were cold, and the hashrounds were too. I don’t think I will visit this one again. I don’t see how the manager on duty would allow such a thing. People don’t realize that folks work too hard for their money and if they come to your establishment for hot food.. that’s what they expect to receive. I don’t care if it costs 1 dollar or 30 dollars. It was horrible. I will stick with the Hardee’s on Syland or the one down 69S.

Ordered the garlic Frisco thickburger with cheesy garlic Fry’s, $1.00 upcharge. And this is what I get. Then the lady wants to charge me and extra .44¢ per cup of honey mustard. I wonder how much they charge extra for the other condiments…

I come here every morning and the woman in blue always greets me so kindly with a smile and takes my order and always knows what I’m getting.. during a ice road morning she was at work and smiling greeting customers it made my day a lot better – Thank you
