Got the shrimp trio for $10, a fish taco, and fries, it was all delicious.

The door was locked 10:50. Am They open 10:30. The lady came with a key and kept trying to get the door set to stay unlocked WHILE I WAITED. Finally she opened the door wide enough for me to go in. Said nothing to me.Then another lady came to help her and she finally stood at the counter to take my order. I had never been there before and she was irritated wirh my questions. She did not wait for me to finish speaking my sentences. She did not wash her hands or put gloves on as she was boxing food orders. Then she did put a pair of gloves on to grab loose chips to put in a bag. Then took them off. I went to move over for someone to get there online order and there was water spots on the floor. No wet floor sign. I was getting dissapointed. Then finally my order. No thank you and walked
away. I ordered the new fish .The fish batter is crispy but there is more batter than fish. The fries were good but the coleslaw was warm like it had been sitting out. Im not gonna try that location again.

I waited for my food for a very long time. 5-6 people who arrived after me received their food before me and have already left, while I’m still waiting. Why don’t you prepare food in order of the queue, or did you forget? You should have informed me so I wouldn’t have to wait this long. Terrible service!

Rubio’s is doing a great job at providing fresh tasting, quality food to the community. I enjoyed my visit here, the area was clean, and everyone behind the counter looked like they cared about giving quality service to their customers. It was my 1st time trying their food and I was pleased I did, it satisfied every craving I had for some fish and nachos. I ordered the fish burrito and loaded nachos and I couldn’t wait to sink my teeth in the burrito (as you can tell from the bite taken in the pic.. lol) the flavoring and seasoning was perfect, the portion was just right. The nachos were good, the toppings were fresh and not overbearing my only problem is that I placed the order and specified no guacamole and even though the receipt says no guacamole it was still added.. but nonetheless I still enjoyed it… great place to get a nice burrito and I recommend Rubio’s to anyone looking to feed that burrito crave

This location is declining. The food is almost always stale or barely hot. Tonight our local rest was wrong multiple ways. Last week we had some salsa that was literally fermented and the lid was bulging from all the fermented gas. Just gross. We’ve noticed our order being wrong more and more frequently, as well.
Been going here since moving to this side of town 4 years ago and really disappointed. Every time we eat here we keep hoping the next will be better but it’s just not so we decided to leave a review. Good luck!

Raspberry iced tea very weak. Low supply of plastic ware. Took a long time to get order. I understand it was very busy and they had a special going. I was just not totally pleased on this visit.

This location is NASTY!!!! Food was cold cold cold. Employees stand around chatting and joking around while Salsa bar is half empty and disgusting. Garbage’s overflowing to the point where there was nowhere to put trash. Not once did I see and employee wipe down table after customers left. Trash all over the place. Just a disgusting place that serves cold food.

Tortilla soup os great with a squeeze of lime. Staff is fantastic. Not my favorite music, try and tune it out. Today brought a friend to talk with. She never has Rubio’s before and loved it.

Not sure what’s going on with this location, but they seem to constantly be out of things and the experience in store is taking forever. We ordered online back in February- customized several things with flour tortillas instead of corn, and they didn’t advise us they were out of flour tortillas until we went to pick up the food. Then, my family ordered in store back in April and waited over 30 minutes for their order, and they only ordered four things. Tonight I decided to contact them beforehand to verify they had flour tortillas available and they advised me they were completely out again. This is six months after the first time they were out. We decided to drive 20 minutes out of our way to go to another store because we’ve definitely written this one off.
