The food is delicious. The grit bowl is always so good, and their cake pops taste fresh not out of a package.

The Joy Shot is my favorite coffee in all of Valdosta. It replaced Starbucks nitro cold brew with sweet cream for me. They are always kind. Really glad the Baytree location reopened.

No matter what time you show up for a snack or a drink there is always a pleasant face ready to greet you and help you, great spot for fast breakfast, as I currently travel between Gainesville fl and valdosta this little coffee shop keeps me alert as I drive home and greets me when I arrive in town. I was an everyday customer and the reason I say everyday is because I will no longer be one. The rudeness and the lack of getting my order correct got out of hand and I will no longer tolerate this specially when I have been a customer since forever I mean a every day customer. This morning when I stop to grab my usual the young lady that assisted me was not in a mood to assist me the proper way and she said OMG in a sarcastic way like if I am asking for something out of the norm. We all have our days I do understand and I do want to point out the manager that kindly got with me about another issue I had in the past great management employees believe they can just talk and laugh and make sarcastic comments whenever they want and I am not about that specially when I am spending my money on a daily basis. Coffee is great please do not get me wrong but today was my last day visiting this place I do not tolerate rudeness because that is not how I come to the drive thru. Thank you for all those years but I done had enough with the rude side of employees and the mistakes they have made on my orders.
