Went to KFC before catching my bus. Took 3 bites into a sandwich and noticed half of it was raw. I would’ve told management but my bus was arriving so I had to go. The only upside was the cashiers and relative service was pretty great! so go them! fries were alright too just a total let down in the chicken department and now I’m terrified to go to bed and vomit. anyways yeah- first time going and last time going.

I decided to give KFC another shot and I am disappointed. The lemonade is basically lemon water . The chicken breast I got is smaller than most thighs . My daughter’s biscuit looks like someone stepped on the side of it and she did not have her strawberry treats in her box . The receipt even says checked for accuracy The server was nice and polite and the restaurant was clean and don’t get me wrong the food tastes good . But for the price I paid for 3 fill ups I will go to Maceys next time and get easily twice as much food for the value .

I went through the drive-through at KFC tonight and ordered two thighs and fries. The employee repeated the order back to me, so I felt pretty confident it was correct.
When I got home, I opened the box to find a breast and a leg instead. I don’t think it takes a college education—or even a high school diploma—to know the difference between a thigh, a breast, and a leg. Maybe I’m wrong, but this is now the second time this has happened.

I’m not one to leave 1 star reviews but this was just plain sad
I got an online order of a 2 pc. Chicken fill up with a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles with a large peaches and cream lighting Mtn dew. And what did I get? The smallest two drumsticks they could give me. A chicken sandwich we no actual chicken patty just cold hard chicken tenders slapped on a bun. And all I could taste on my sandwich is pickles which in 90% sure they just slapped the on the bun then took them off. Not to mention the small regular lighting mtn dew (not the cream lighting mtn dew) lazy fast food. Wish this was a Popeyes instead

i am a fried chicken lover, and i have had a lot of kfc in my time, most of the time . tonight’s experience was an unfortunate one. first they were out of fillets for a chicken sandwich that we wanted, but they offered to use tenders instead. okay that’s fine right? right. the next problem came to when we went to order a 5$ meal deal that we had saw on the app to purchase, they said that deal hasn’t been in affect for months. lastly after we had paid for our food they told us that the biscuits (that came with our meal) have been recalled, big sad, but the guy did offer a mini cake. to top everything off the fries were warm but for sure old and too salted. overall not happy with this experience and the food we got.

Its KFC, one of the few chicken places in the valley. They’ll usually upsell you on one of their prepackaged cakes. Biggest issue I have is they seem to not want anyone dining in. Whats the point of having a big dining area if youre going to push everyone out?

We order extra crispy chicken , they said It will be 10 mins, then after 25 mins of waiting , they told us that they don’t have the breast, and we will have to wait for another 15 mins, and they did offer a free cake, still i don’t think it’s acceptable, kfc do better.

I am extremely disappointed with the Thanksgiving Day deep fried Cajun turkey. The drumsticks were undercooked so much so that we were afraid to eat them. It was obvious where the Cajun spices had been injected because they hadn’t been disseminated throughout the whole turkey. It was unsafe for human consumption!
