Katie was EXTREMELY rude to my son and myself today. I placed an online order and I asked for mayo and mustard , went home had none of that and she claims the manager taught her this way? She stated that “ well I looked at the online order form and you said lite which means very little, and this is what I was taught so” no mustard is on my sandwich and she put like a drop on mayo on the end of the bread ? If you look at the order the sandwich I’m referring to is the turkey and ham, it states mayo and mustard regular . The last sandwich said less than normal lol the fact she argued with me about it is beyond ridiculous too.

Bad service and very rude man that claims the subway does not except coupons. The very rude man was discussing and his customer was the Worst. The WORST SUBWAYS In Madera Ranchos or any other subways. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! BAD SERVICE AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I placed an order at this location and thought I might have possibly dropped money out of my pocket when I called to ask about it. The guy who answered the phone told me if I “dropped money in their store. I wouldn’t get it back.” And then laughed I can’t even make this up like all you had to say was that you’d check to see if that was the case like what type of company blatantly tells you they’d steal from you if they find your money

Went here twice with my boyfriend, both times the servers were rude and super disinterested in helping. I get it. Working in food sucks. But come on. The last time we went my boyfriend asked for a little extra mayonnaise and the girl drowned the sandwich so much mayonnaise was dripping everywhere. He ended up throwing it away. This place is a joke.

The food tastes like it came from a squeeze tube, it’s so processed. They can’t seem to process a gift certificate but indicate it has no balance and will throw it away for you until you tell them it has a balance and to rescan it. Then they blame the other for not knowing how to scan properly. Makes me want to run over to Quiznos, if only we had one here.
