I just wanted to say I absolutely love Popeye’s. I recently moved to Andalusia, AL and was thrilled to learn there is a location close to my new home. The food there is just as tasty as ever, but what really makes that location great is the wonderful lady who works there named Briana. She has excellent customer service skills, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in her work. People may just think, “oh it’s fast food, nobody really cares about the service” but I’ve had better experiences there than at high star restaurants. Briana is what makes that experience. Give her a raise please.

Food is great. Went there Friday night at 8:45 pm the sign for the lobby says closes at 10 pm there was 1 hr and 15 minutes left until the lobby closed and was turned away by the employees saying that they were closed. If this was the case then the sign needs to be changed if not the employees need a refresher on when the store closes and a refresher on how to do there job. unprofessional and lazy was all that was and it needs to be addressed asap

I LOVE POPEYES FOOD!!! but this is the SEVENTH TIME(you’d think I’d learned by now)….IN A ROW that my order has been wrong. They act like it’s an aggravation to ask them to do their job at the window.
I just ordered and got what I always get …5 piece tender and mashed potatoes and extra gravy. We got the food and headed to taco bell for my husband’s dinner….I opened my food bag sitting in the truck at taco bell and found it was totally wrong plus I didn’t have 5 tenders….more like 2 1/2…..I had to drive BACK to Popeyes where I tried my very best to make sure the lady (?) Knew I wasn’t upset and mistakes happen. I was treated like I was being silly and like I had offended the whole crew…..just like ALL THE OTHER TIMES THEYVE MESSED IT UP. I don’t want anything extra only what I pay for….but THAT I do expect. Come on guys!! Do better.
