I just went through the drive-thru on Marlow Rd. Server, Ivan F. helped me at 7:36am., ticket #: 1007. He was terrible. Not only could I not hear a word he said, but he had the window so low you couldn’t see his face. I asked if I could get a pup cup, cuz that location has always given my dog one, but he completely just ignored my request even though I spent over $11. I don’t usually write reviews, but this dude gets a 0 out of 10 and really changed my good mood this morning into a crappy one. Had he just smiled and acted just a little appreciative, it would have changed everything regardless of not giving my puppy a fricking pup cup.

I came here after going to a Burger King to get Mozzarella Sticks which I was disappointed tasted so burnt and gross. I thought Jack in the Box might have better quality food for a fast food restaurant. The Mozzarella Sticks were a bit bigger and better quality, but still kind of burnt. LOL. Well, I guess fast food is fast food. Nice people in the drive through, and speedy service. The one thing that you have to be careful of is the entrance to this drive-through – it’s super dangerous. There needs to be a yield or stop sign in this complex. Careful when you enter.

The service sucks! I had to return my order and the employee was a souless zombie with no emotion. Today my grilled sourdough burger was not grilled at all! Soggy uncooked bread.

This place sucks. right now its 2:45, and have been here since 1:45 and the drive thru is blocked off by traffic cones while all of the employees are sitting at a table eating, and laughing seemingly drunk tbh.They even had a doordash drop something off for them. Like wth i figured at the very least they would be opening at 2 but no. Second time something like this has happenend!
